The apartment needs a good refurb! but good if you’re not planning much time in the room.

location was great, staff were pleasant and having use of the sister hotel the Canifor was a bonus

The staff was very grumpy and unfriendly. The plates in the kitchen are dirty, you can’t wash them because there isn’t a sponge and dish soap. The balcony looks to the pools which means you hear the water and the other guests all night.

the hotel is near to the beach and the bus station

The furnishing had a "grandma's old furniture" feel. It would've been nice if the kitchenette was equipped with some consumables like dish soap and sponges, at least. We stayed at the Canifor Court building by the way. That whole thing with the Canifor hotel + apartments next to the hotel + separate apartments across the street (where we were accommodated) being actually under the same company is very confusing.

The apartment had everything we needed: comfortable beds, AC unit (freshly installed I think), eating and cooking utensils (though we didn't really cook), TV (not that we watched a lot). It was cleaned regularly and the trash was taken out every day. The location - 2 min walk to the Bugibba bus terminus - is a big plus.

The receptionist couldn't find the reservation, we literally spend 30 minutes proving the online payment in the middle of the night plus another half an hour to find the room as there was no one to guide us. Too bad the customer service was disaster but the place is okay.

Air conditioning was not provided as default. We had to take remote control from the reception in return of deposit. First night was very cold for that reason. There was no hairdryer too. We requested it from housekeeper lady.

Price was very cheap, room was very large, and generally it was so clean.

Very central the only problem was that the front door was locked at 3.00pm which meant a long walk to sister hotel and then a trek through hotel and swimming pool area not good

We had the apartment on the first floor. The room smelled unpleasant and made an unclean impression. There was mold in the bathroom and power cables were laid on the balcony. We didn't feel comfortable so we changed hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is really good and from there a lot in Buggiba can be reached on foot.

The kitchen facilities are not the best. We ate out everyday, we probably would’ve struggled if we tried to cook as there was limited kitchen utensils and equipment. The beds were not comfortable, but with a short stay, it’s not the end of the world.

Staying in apartment block you have full access of amenities at canifor hotel, the two properties are connected. You can dine In restaurant, use pools and rooftop access. Apartment was big and spacious and the balconies of rooms facing the street get the sun throughout the day. Pool area really nice, pool is split into different segments so you don’t have kids splashing you if you just want a dip

Could've done with charging points/sockets closer to the beds.

No frills apartment which is fully equipped and comfortable. Large bedroom, decent bathroom with lots of hot water, a cosy kitchen-dining-living space and two balconies. Close to the Canifor Hotel which was used to check-in and out. Lots of bars, restaurants and other amenities nearby including Bugibba Bus Terminal. Value for money and suited my needs.

No mattress protectors, need adapter for kettle(2 prong when sockets are 3) having to use hotel entrance after 3pm instead of the apartment entrance.

Good location, close to beach, bus station, supermarket, restaurants and tourist shops. Staff are lovely and helpful. I've stayed several times before and it is perfectly adequate.

A lot of things. Firstly having to pay a hotel tax in cash is very annoying, it wouldn't be so bad if it was advertised and known about so I could have brought the 1 Euro 50 with me instead of having to get a minimum if 20 Euro from a cash machine. No Duvet in the room either just a super thin sheet and an unpleasant feeling almost blankety thing, I did ask for a duvet the next day and got one which was nice. Freezing cold shower, no heat or power, when I was adjusting the temperature, or trying at least, I got maybe 10 seconds of it being lukewarm before it was just super cold. Same every day and also in the night. Speaking of cold, there is no heating at all, no radiators, it was very draughty and cold. Also noisy, could hear the downstairs music and party as if you were in the room, which isn't good from the 3rd floor! Also no wifi is a bit of a pain in the arse, having to go into hotel areas for some internet isn't ideal, why is there none in the apartment block?

It was alright to be honest but some really annoying things that ultimately made the stay very very poor. I stayed in one of the apartments rather than a hotel room (it was part of Caridor Hotel).
