We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

It’s so spacious and pretty, the pictures don’t do it justice! Everything is provided for you, which we didn’t expect; towels, bath mats, cleaning stuff. It was so nice staying here. It’s close to everything, transport is great, WiFi is also great and most of all - the landlord Nathan, such a lovely, kind person. Would definitely rebook when coming back to Malta!

The property is really well kept and new. It is really central and close to local amenities and the bus station. It was really clean and everything has been taken care of. They left few bottles of water for us (even in 4 stars hotels they are not doing this at the moment). Kelli and Nathan were extremely kind and welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They are really warm and nice people who truly care about visitors having a great experience.

Excellent communication from Nathan the owner and he was there to greet us on arrival with a drink of cold water which was a lovely touch. Property has a lift which is useful with suitcases and is in a lovely quiet area within very short walking distance of the bars and restaurants and the sea. Perfect location. The apartment itself is a great size for a 1 bedroomed apartment and comfortably sleeps 4 adults as the sofa bed in the living area is very comfortable . Excellent kitchen facilities and everything you would need including plenty of towels, bedding etc. Also washing machine and drying space on a back balcony. Main balcony at front is a very good size with ample of space and afternoon sun. All in all, couldn't fault it and will be using again. Thanks Nathan and family!

The flat is amazing. Any rating I can give would be unfair for the quality of the flat. Is fully equipped, with all you can need for your stance. The size of the flat is big, the cleaning is fantastic and everything is new and well designed for the place. INCLUDES WIFI, even when the adv. does not mention it. The location is fabulous: the beach is at 5 minutes walk and restaurants and bars are very close, from the corner. There is a big free parking place at 100m distance. And the host is a great person, very flexible and willing to help if you need something. As I said at the beginning, a 10 rating over 10 is not enough for this flat; it's a 12/10

AustraliaNathan was the kindest and most welcoming host we’ve come across! He made sure our stay was well tended too and the apartment was immaculate - Nathan’s family assisted the checkin process with ease and made sure we had everything we needed including transport, ammenities & getting to know the area. Our flight did not depart from Malta until 11:00pm and Nathan even let us leave our baggage at his workplace for the day whilst waiting around the area! 1000/10 would recommend this stay to anyone interested in coming to St Paul’s area 😊 big love to Nathan from a group of Aussies abroad!
