We liked everything.

We loved the balcony, sea view and easy parking. I’d spent ages researching where to stay and chose this apartment based on the great reviews. They were spot on. Roger was in touch beforehand and ensured we could easily find it. He met us there and did a great introduction to the area. The apartment is the best equipped that we have stayed at. The welcome treats were a very lovely touch.

We were pre-arrival kontacted to coordinate our arrival time. Joanna explained the ins and outs of the property and the surrounding. Offered to contact her throughout our stay. The place was clean and tidy. A wonderful surprise was found in the fridge that was complimentary. The beach gear we could borrow for the kids was a nice touch. Thank you for hosting. We would so be back again.

Excellently located and well equipped apartment everything was as described and the apartment certainly met our needs, Roger is a super host and responds quickly to any queries that you may have. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance and local Spar shop approx 5 mins walk away. We were visiting mainly for sightseeing and the island is easily accessible by Using the local Bus service from Bugibba.

The property was clean, had complimentary wine, beer, water juice and snacks when we arrived and had extra things like masks/snorkels and games for the water just across the road a map marked with some of the hosts best local recommendations.

Address was difficult to reach. Cab couldn’t find. Put actual name/street number on website. Also no credit cards but Roger fixed/managed as I didn’t notice it was a cash only property.

Fabulous view!! EVERYTHING provided by Roger, to the most minute items. Great location. No kids with us but so much for them. TV options amazing. Shower good. First comfortable bed we had in Malta.

Roger is an excellent manager of this property. He responds nearly immediately, and the apartment is fantastic! Clean, comfortable, view of the sea mere feet away, very reasonably priced, I could go on and on. I highly recommend Ascot By the Sea!

Please note that the address from Google is not reliable. If you take the taxi, you need to use the address which the landlord suggested you for ordering food. And I have to say the bathroom water pressure is too low so the shower isn't a very good experience.

Amazingly beautiful. Imagine waking up everyday with the embrace of the clear blue sea. Definitely worth staying for a week. And it's located in the center where you can find a market right in the first floor and a very good bubble tea shop on the corner. The landlord almost prepared everything in the room. Welcome food, refrigerator with a lot drinks, a beach blanket, beach umbrella and a detailed tourist guide, what else can I asked for.

Roger is a great host. He met us at the property and explained everything we needed to know. He arranged transfers to/from the airport with Nunzio who was also great. The location is super handy to lots of things. We particularly liked being able to walk directly across the road and go for a swim in the sea.

Nothing at all. Kitchen is a bit small but that is something we cannot control. May be a small dishwasher somewhere could add to a pleasurable holiday even more but its not a must.

Everything. Location was fantastic. View from the balcony was heavenly and helped on bad weather days or when we decided to stay in. Apartment was equipped with everything you need. Kids had innumerable options to watch TV and movies after a long tiring day of tourism. Roger went out of his way to show hospitality. He welcomed us with compliments (Champagne for Adults and local goodies for the kids for Easter) . Since we arrived on a public holiday he also stocked the kitchen with basic supplies. So big thanks. He also gave some great tips on day trips and restaurants. Overall, it couldn't have gone any better.

I would like to recognize the exceptional customer experience. The hosts have made our stay in Malta very comfortable and memorable. I was asking for the additional support in organizing the cake and balloons for my daughter’s b-day party. All was managed perfectly well. We have also received all needed information about attractions around the location. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with all necessities when it comes to cooking, having coffee at the terrace with a sea view. The location is perfect as well. There are multiple dining options around, the grocery shops and the Malta Aquarium is in a walking distance.

We really enjoyed our first time in Malta! Roger is very nice a helpful. All things where very beneficial (beautiful and stylish apartment, quite street, nice square around corner and all things from Roger like welcome bottle of champagne). From the time of booking until our Trip ended the host,Roger couldn't be any more helpful...This apartment was absolutely Amazing...everything about it was perfect..The inventory of equipment available at the property just doesn't do any justice to the thought that has gone into making this the best apartment...The kitchen was stocked with utensils and gadgets and Roger greeted us with a Welcome pack of Drinks and snacks The air conditioning was fantastic and shower and hot water great too...and television had all sports,Netflix etc.. The location and view of the sea was breathtaking..Right in the heart of Bugibba, with everything in close proximity ..beach and pool areas with loungers opposite as is bus stop to the terminus ,where you can catch buses to everywhere on the Island most journeys costing €2.00...... I could keep on writing so much about this place There really aren't enough stars to rate it and its host Roger....Thankyou ....
