Very comfortable, spacious and cool apartment. Cool even when it's +40 C outside. Very good location, close to the center, buses, canteens, restaurants. You can walk to the beach and the aquarium. Easy to drive to the water park. A very good option for a company of 4 people.

The location of the apartment was very convenient, close to the bay where you can easily go for a cruise. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was not difficult to find it. We definitely recommend it!!!

I never got any check in information, could have been a simple mistake but we arrived at 1am and were left standing on the street while I had to call the property as we didn't even get the building number and it wasnt marked either as its a simple flat in a building.

The apartment was clean, looked just like on the pictures, kitchen is very equipped, the location was perfect with convenience stores and a beach nearby.

Sometimes there was not pleasant smell from the drain / pipes - but it was not a big problem. Outside, nearby - there was a metal garage door, which has been opened and closed quite loudly every morning, by other people. It is not anything what the owner can influence of course - but for us it was quite disturbing.

Location was good enough to get several bus stops and easy to travel around Malta. A lot of shops, restaurants nearby. Close to the sea by walking. The appartment is nice, with good relation price-quality, we have got all what we needed to stay with children. The owner is very kind, helpful - we had a small problem, which have been solved within several minutes.

John and his amazing daughter were dream hosts! Always prompt and responsive when we had questions, friendly, honest and accommodating. The apartment was great. Good heating and A/C from 3 separate units! Very clean and well stocked. An overall great 11 days in Bugibba area close to many markets, restaurants, shops and services. Awesome washer and dryer too.

Nothing to do with the apartment itself, it is just in the building and sometimes you can hear the neighbours. It is not very loud but can wake up at times.

Apartment is nicely equipped for a longer stay. It has AC in every room, iron and ironing board, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and TV with plenty of channels, two balconies. Enough space to comfortably spend the time. It is not that far from promenade and the bus stops. Has small shops just around the corner and some places to eat as well. As the bars are not on the same little street the street itself is quiet. There is also a elevator in the building if you don't like walking up the stairs.

It's located in a quiet neighborhood, pretty big and perfectly suitable for a family. The kitchen is fully equipped with also a kettle and a toaster. There's is no bathtub despite it's mentioned in the facilities description but the owner provided us, in no time, a small portable baby bathtub for our little son, just perfect. A free and spacious car park is just one minute away if you're not lucky enough to get a spot long the road downstairs. There are a couple of small groceries shops just downstairs and around the corner.

The only thing was the smell from the bathtub drain. We had to close it while note using it to stop the smell. The bathroom needs to be a bit renovated but that's all.

Location was great. We had bus stops and shops nearby. The owner is helpfull person who answers every question very promptly. The apartment is well-equipped and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. AC, tv, microwave, washing machine, dryer and so one works well. The apartment was clean. Good value for money!

Flat was clean and modern. However, the building itself requires some general maintenance. Shady neighbours. The elevator was broken on arrival and broke again during our stay. Nobody cared to fix it, but a quick chat with John was sufficient to have it fixed the same day.

John was very kind and responsive. He made sure sure everything is set for our arrival. The apartment is greatly equipped with all necessary amenities. Especially having a kitchen and washing machine is great when traveling with kids. The location is close to restaurants, shops and the sea. It was a 10 minute walk to the airport express bus.

Not much of a view from the balcony, but didn’t bother us too much.

Nice sized apartment in a good location. Comfortable rooms of a good size. Definitely good value for money! Highly recommended!

Location! Seems a bit a dodgy area! Apartment block very tired and noisy! We were woken up by people shouting and using the garages below very early most mornings.. also parking is an absolute nightmare.. we ended up driving around for ages and then had to park streets away every night!

Fairly well equipped with washer and dryer! Pretty clean too

Downstairs neighbour was annoying and constantly complaining over the noise of us simply moving chairs at table to sit down to eat.
