Very minor, the gym equipment needs updating

Great location so close to the centre and beach. Nice breakfast options, inside pool and sauna is great and the double room was comfy and spacious. There's a pub outside which is very close but it was only loud very late on Friday but otherwise seemed to wind down before midnight. Able to change room to higher floor which was appreciated.

I felt it was quite expensive for what was offered. The rooms were very basic and not overly clean. While I understand the location can't be helped, the noise from the bar below was exceptionally loud. The rooms are not soundproof as with the balcony door closed there is a large vent which lets in all the noise. With a loud bar till the early hours then a building site starting early it was a very unpleasant stay. There was also poor smells in the room and corridors at times. For similar money there is nicer places to stay. Staff were not that pleasant at times

The roof top pool was more spacious that others in the area and there was never an issue finding a place to sit down in. Depending on what you are looking for location could be good if you like to party.

The only thing that I thought could be better was towel size and amount you got per room, it would’ve have been better if they were bigger and you got some spares. And after or first night, we didn’t get a bath mat again so the floor ended up really wet, with no way to dry it up.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast selection was really good & availability of luggage room was useful. Balcony size was great too.

By the time of our arrival, Olga at the reception was helpful and did her best to make us feel special and welcome. Amazing pool. We had a great time there. Big mattress. Big and clean room. Also Breakfast has a big variety of choices.

Cold water from the tap when washing the face. Dont have a hairdryer after swimming pool (only in rooms) or access to changing rooms (just toilets).

Nothing really! The street it’s on isn’t the nicest, but it’s fine - we did get stuck on the balcony at one point (our fault) but yeah don’t close the door if you’re outside haha

Helpful & friendly staff, Good location (if you want to be in St Julian’s - but was also a good base to explore if you don’t have a car), Buffet breakfast was huge/ lots of variety.

The fitness centre could have more equipment and be bigger, sauna didn't work properly, poor wifi upstairs roof top and it would be good if they opened the downstairs bar and have entertainment

The staff were friendly, the location great was great and you had the option of indoor and outdoor pools.

Bathroom calls for renovation. When you take the towels for pool, you have this for all days - you can’t get new one. We’re stayed 7 nights. But the towels in bathroom they change every days- this is not necessary. All the doors closed so hard that you hear everytime when somebody close the door of room - day and night. Only one woman in reception was polite.

Location is good, near bus station, near bars and restaurants, shopping centre, nightlife.

the cleanliness was not what we are used to. dirty pool on the roof, and very questionable cleanliness in the lower pool (very cloudy water). the fitness center is next to the pool and it's very hot (the air conditioner doesn't work there), the equipment doesn't work either: one treadmill doesn't work at all, and one turns off during exercise, you can't pedal the bike because it's rusty (but the screen doesn't turn on anyway). the room was fine, but the shower in the bathroom swallowed water poorly, the water pressure in the shower cabin and in the sink was poor, the toilet brush was dirty and very worn out. you usually get hotel shampoos, but they have some shampoo from the store. there is also a hairdryer in the bathroom, but it is so bad that if a man has slightly longer hair, he cannot dry it normally. the breakfast was okay, the same choice every day, but if you come later for breakfast (e.g. at 10:00, breakfast ends at 10:30) some dishes are no longer available and they don't make them anymore. you can hear everything at night because people come from parties (they woke us up 5 out of 6 nights, but maybe we just had "bad" neighbors).

the location is great, less than 2 minutes away from the center. and good starting points for other cities, all about 15 minutes away by taxi.

The balcony door doesn’t lock, and because it’s close to bars and clubs, lots of noise pollution. Really had me bad on my last night, 3 hours only sleep due to the loud music etc… Then building works early hours but I could sleep through it mostly

The room was pretty much old. The bathrooom door was broken and towels were small. TV is pretty much useless since no option to connect Netflix and we don’t speak local language with local tv Chanells

The ants in the rooms,the jacuzzi was not working, The staaf were not helpful on the reception and were very unpleasant. Definitely dont know how to talk to people.

The pool upstairs should have been illuminated in the evening, it was illuminated as I requested. And the water should be taken care of more by the staff. It was too warm and rather not clean.

The hotel is well located. I felt at ease with my friends, none of the staff was intrusive, there was ease. If someone is not looking for 5 stars and not is nitpicking on nonsense, the hotel is just right to spend time with friends or even family. The pool bar is also nice.
