It was a little cold in some places in the spa center, like the WC for example. The sauna brokes in the last day.

Nice hotel located at about 6km from the city centre of Ohrid. Full equipped and well decorated rooms. The hotel has on the ground floor a well maintained heated pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. Simple but well prepared dishes with quality ingredients. Professional and friendly staff.

Everything was exceptional. The swimming pool was great, we used both, the children and the pool for adults. The water temperature was consistently same, as well as the temperature out of the water. There were different kinds of meals for breakfast and dinner. The restaurant staff was kind and gentle. I would definitely go there again with my family and will strongly recommend everyone. It's more then worth for the money we pay

The food was monotonous. The hotel itself is okay, but it definitely didn't have 4 stars. Also, I found some peanuts under the bed.

There was no deposit box in the room and there were no racks for hanging and drying wet towls and swimsuits.

We liked the room view and the wellness cetre. The staff was very friendly and kind. The table tennis is fabulous as well as amusement room.

It is a bit far from town, so without car we needed to take taxis always.

The hotel was very nice, very clean and the staff so welcoming, friendly and professional. We arrived at 8 in the morning and as the room was not ready we were invited for breakfast and to use the spa already. Also the evening buffet was quite good and the waiters very attentive. The pool and spa area was well maintained and great to use for a bit of relaxation after a sightseeing day.

The view of the lake from the room balcony was beautiful. Everything was clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff very kind. One of the best hotels in the region.

We had to have our breakfast early in the morning, because we don't like the smoking. The restaurant has a zone for nonsmokers, but it was difficult.

The staff was helpful. The breakfast was tasty. The swimming pool is big en enough to swim. Also there is a good spa zone. The hotel is situated slosed to the lake, u can walk in the evening. The room was clean. We enjoyed.

Beware, that in the jacuzzi has some broken tiles at the bottom, I cut my toe a little. Please renovate now in winter. The games in the community room (like billard eg) are not free, you have to pay. Pretty expensive taxi from/to the airport, around 20 Eur. The walk to the city is quite long, around 40 minutes, but most of it is next to the lake, so it's a good exercise. Off season, there is only one convenience store nearby with a pretty limited selection and is opened only until 4 PM, so keep that in mind.

The hotel is located further away from the city, but it is a good starting point for hiking (off season). The room with the view of the forest was pretty calming. The pool, jacuzzi and 2 saunas (finnish with mint aroma and turkish wet room) were great to relax in. The staff was very nice, they tried to accommodate all of our wishes - sadly they didn't have bikes for rent anymore (mid October), but they did prepare us a prepackaged breakfast on the last day because our flight was super early. Breakfast and dinner were simple, but still nice, maybe some variety in salads and tea would be good. Ohrid and surroundings are amazing, we wish we could have stayed longer (were there only 3 nights), because if you want to see other parts around the lake, it takes time. All in all a great fall destination and also a good city trip.
