Building and room could benefit from a refresh (very early 90s styling). The shower in my room (307) would not center so I had to hold it manually while showering. Location was both a plus and a minus. It’s about 4 km from the Old Town so it’s quiet, but at the same time not the most convenient if you want instant access to the action.

The staff was outstanding and friendly. Service was excellent. I booked a lake view room, and the view was spectacular. The pool was very nice, and there was a beach club accessible across the street for a small fee. For all inclusive resort seekers with minimal interest in leaving the property, it checks all the boxes.

Beautiful area surrounding the hotel, great facilities, indoor and outdoor pool and spa and lovely view of the lake and sunsets from both the rooms and the restaurant. Restaurant staff were very welcoming and the food was great!

The food proposed at the restaurant (dinner) is not meeting the standard you would expect from such a hotel.

Facilities (swimming pool, wellness area, game room, fitness, rooms) are excellent. Location is also good, next to the lake, only 1 hour walk to Ohrid via a nice path mainly only along the lake.

It is a few kilometers from the city center, so you have to go by car.

Nice and big rooms, clean, beautiful terrace with a view of the lake. An excellent spa center, with a large pool and accompanying facilities. The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent. I would definitely return to the same hotel again.

HiFI internet was slow or even no internet traffic.

Breakfast is superb and in good variety and shape. The pool also OK with worm water. View from the teras to the Ohrid lake superb. There is walking path to the monastery St.Stefan and also down to the lake. Reception staff and waiters very collaborative. I recommend this hotel.

It is our third stay in the hotel Tino Sveti Stefan, Ohrid (2016, 2018 and now 2024) and that is proof enough of the value of this hotel.Every time it gets better and better.

The spa center was a little bit cold, but nothing too bad. The biggest negative side I would mention is the very loud and chaotic ambiance of the spa center. Children were running around screaming in the adult restricted area, people were constantly jumping in the pool, and playing with balls which sometimes ended up hitting other guests. Nobody from the hotel was there to say anything or correct this chaos.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and always available. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the view of the lake was impeccable. The cleanliness was also excellent. The food was good, especially the breakfast. There were always a few meat options to choose from, like pork, chicken and fish, different salads, and a few sorts of sweets.
