“Hit and miss, booked on two separate occasions. First room was impeccable, king bed nothing to fault in the facilities and then the second time got the room next door (same class of booking) and the bed was smaller, the chrome in the shower was fraying and sharp, stones were missing in the bathroom and one of the bed side lamps was missing. Best front desk service out of anywhere we stayed in Madagascar. Lots of extra facilities (pool/ games area/ spa/ hammam)”
