It is a lovely place, near to the old city, the apartment was clean and had everything you need. I enjoyed my stay very much. One thing I would advise if you travel not in high season (which means it’s a bit cold sometimes) is to take sleepers, as this is a great stone building and the floor is cold, well, I’m sure in summer this is a great plus ;) but in rainy days you may want to have them on you)

Really nice apartament with tarrace with mountain view. Near entry road to the city. Parking available. Fully equiped nice kitchen. Comfortable beds, AC and wifi works great. Grocery shop and bakery are nearby. Overall amazing place.

Perfect accommodation for the few days stay, clean, quiet and comfy. It´s a 15min walk from the city´s hot spots, but I really liked the fact, it´s basically next to the bus station, it made everything much more convenient for me.

Great location, walking distance to many places. Shower was amazing. The flat was very clean. Everything you need was provided. Goga was very nice and recommend cool places to check out.

We found ants on the floor because we stayed on the ground floor (garden suite). Insects are typically expected in the summer but ants inside the room were not a pleasant surprise. Otherwise everything was great.

Great stay at walkable distance to the city center. The rooms were very clean, the rocky walls very stylish and the general feeling of the house was really nice (everything seems new). Parking was excellent!

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Few minutes easy walk to Kotor Old Town. Good supermarkets and bakery nearby. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine provided. Host was friendly, gave us recomedations for good restaurants nearby Parking was free and reserved for us. There is even a garden and a terrace with table and chairs but we did not use it. Will stay again.

Beautiful and modern apartment with clean facilities and adequately equipped kitchen for a two night stay. Very close to Kotor old town. Check in and check out was super easy. Access to a large garden and patio. Great stay!

A bit dark inside when only relying on natural light.

Spacious clean apartment with terrace and big garden. TV with lots of channels. Great bathroom with towels included. Very hot water if needed! Big comfy bed for couple. Air conditioning for cooling or heating. External window shutters good for privacy. Compact kitchen with lots of accessories.

Room was cold despite the heater from the air conditioner. No AC in the bedroom, only in the living room No dryer. Washing machine only

Hostess was very nice. The electricity to the washing machine tripped at 10pm. I called her and despite already being in bed she came and sorted it out for me Nice place, clean and new, about 10-15 min walk to old town. Parking available.

The curtain on the bathroom shower needs to be changed! since it has no window, the smell of mold on the curtain was bad. Everything else was amazing!

Nice apartment just under the owner’s own unit! Goga was a special host and even gave us lots of tips and information about the region! kitchen was perfect to cook simple meals. Shower was amazing, hot, strong pressure! Parking right in front od the house. 5 min drive to old city, 2 min go grocery! great location!

I choose this place to be close to the bus station. A easy 10 min of the nearest gate of the Kotor wall. Very close to a supermarket. The apartment is almost new, modern and well laid and furnished. Quiet and spacious. Lights, plugs, water pression, whatever, is well thought of. Spotlessly clean. Good wifi. Goga was friendly and helpful, always reachable through WhatsApp. If you want to escape the little and damp places of the old city, that's the place.

The place is really nice, everything is decent and just like few minutes from the center. We were staying in the ground floor and the garden is amazing. The owner Goga is friendly and helpful.
