We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The guesthouse is clean, comfortable and in a good area, a short walk away from the old town. Lydia, the owner gave us a very warm welcome and communicates well. The room was spacious and warm with a nice balcony. Overall this accomodation is great value for money and we would stay here again if we were back in Budva.

PolandIt is a no-frills guest house with en-suite rooms in a good location (between the bus station and historic center) with a very friendly host. We loved the flexibility to leave our luggage in the room as early as 10 AM. The room had all the basic amenities we needed and was clean.

I loved literally everything. Lidiya, the owner, had exceptionally good attitude to all guests. She even came to pick me up from the bus station absolutely for free. I had a very nice apartment with my own terrace, kitchen and bathroom, as well as the little nice hall. It was rainy one day, so she borrowed me an umbrella. She even came to measure my blood pressure when I suddenly felt bad. The location is just perfect- 5 minutes walking from old Budva and a nice beach. A supermarket is next door, working till late and on weekends. A lot of ATMs, a tourist info center just next door and a promenade with shops. If I ever go to Budva again, this will be my only choice.
