We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The manager is super friendly. Even though he does not speak much English, we managed to communicate with no problems. He was always very friendly and checking if we were happy with our stay, and even offering vodka shots after a long day hiking. The facilities are very clean and modern. The location is also good.

BrazilThe place was perfect: clean, spacious and with a friendly environment. Our room had a fridge, kettle, cutlery and dishes, so we were able to make simple meals which was practical. It also had a balcony outside where you could enjoy your meals and drinks - the host even offered us beers. If we ever come back to Zabljak we will be more than happy to stay there again. Thanks for such a welcoming stay! :D

MontenegroComfortable place to stay for several days in Žabljak. Cozy room with a balcony where you can relax and drink tea. The room is also equipped with tableware and electric kettle. It was warm even during the night while it was only +5℃ outside. I'd love to mention owners, they were very nice, friendly and really hospitable people.
