Everything! The kindness of the owners, the location with the view, the clean and comfortable room, the homemade restaurant dishes, the family side. We only stayed 2 days but if we return to the area we will come back here with pleasure.

Just the one small pillow each which was a little uncomfortable but is often to be expected outside of hotels anywhere. Not a dislike but make sure you have bottled water with you as taps not drinkable.

Lovely hosts, very helpful and checking in and out was very simple, especially helpful as we had an early flight. Our double room was comfortable, quiet, a nice size and everything worked well- no bugs noticed either. We had dinner there too which was delicious and the homemade wine was spectacular- perfect evening for our last. As others have said, view over river was amazing. Easy parking and fairly accessible (would encourage avoiding going via Metirizi though). Pedro the dog too was cute. Would happily stay again and for more than just the one night!

Our group's dog, Lola, did not enjoy the boat trip. We should have left her with Pedro and the cats.

We travelled as a group, 6 adults 2 kids and one dog. We were welcomed into the home of a family with three kids, one dog a a few cats. The dogs hit it off immediately. We enjoyed our one-night stay and enjoyed food, beer and ambience on the terrace for dinner and for breakfast. We took the boat ride on the river to the lake and to the island monastery the following morning but our trip to another part of the lake had to be abandoned due to an engine problem.

The only thing we didn't like was the matress, it was a bit uncomfortable.

The family and the staff are extremely nice and helpful, best experience. The home made food was really dealicous and everything is produced by them. The host offers boat tours on the lake, he explains everything on the road about the lake, the local birds and the buldings. It was really good the be really close to nature, the whole atmosphere was amazing.

Breathtakingly Beautiful location. Excellent hosts. Delicious breakfast and supper. Charming domestic animals (Pedro dog, cats, chickens, cows) and wildlife (butterflies, lizards even wild tortoises). Used as base for walking, lake tour and sightseeing.

We booked our stay at Skadar lake family resort as an intermediary point between the mountains and the seaside, yet it turned out to be one of our favourite places during our stay in Montenegro. Lili and Dusko run a guesthouse at a fabulous location with a magnificent view of Skadar lake, and they make you feel like you are part of the family. Dusko is not only the chef who prepares excellent meals, but also captain of his own boat. Don’t miss out on taking a boat tour on the lake with him. The landscape is exceptional, it really feels like a jungle. Dusko and Lili are also happy to provide you with information about the region and point you to hidden beaches and other spots off the beaten track. Thank you again for having us!

Nothing at all

The reception is very friendly and family-like. Everything is clean and cosy. They have a great restaurant too and serve home-made food. The rooms are quite comfortable, Wi-Fi works well and the view from the rooms and on the terrace is amazing. It's situated very close to the amazing viewpoints on Skadar lake canyon. I absolutely enjoyed my stay there and Lilly was really kind. Hvala!!!

You can´t drink the water in the room! It's comming from the lake!

Lilly & Dusko were very kind and always aware of our wellbeeing. The room was confortable, and clean. Local breakfast was perfect! We enjoy the boat tour with Dusko on Skadar lake! Relaxed familly athmosphere! Note that you are in a gesthouse, not a hôtel!

Everything perfect. Their foods and drinks are of quality and delicious. Rooms are super confortable and there is everything you need. The staff is the best i have ever seen, really generous and funny. I loved pedro(the little dog). I recomand you to do the tour in boat is beautiful.
