Our stay at Hotel Riva was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and friendly host who ensured that every aspect of our stay were impeccable. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions, they were always there to assist with a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. There was nothing that could be negatively said.

Booked stay for my mum. She had a wonderful time. The staff were attentive to all her needs and desires. The breakfast buffet was great with such variety and staff would still ask if you wanted to have something else prepared. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and the best part is the hotel has a private beach with sunbeds only for the guest so you never have to scramble for space.

I highly recommend this hotel. First of all, great location, right on the beach. Rooms very clean, cleaned every day. Delicious breakfast. Very nice and committed staff. A special thank to the owner who is very helpful explains what to visit, asks if everything is ok every day, etc. For sure we will back in future :)

We went there after looking recomendations but realised it was the best and most modern choice after traveling around petrovac. Even we cant eat many types of food, breakfast had wide variety of choices with high quality. You can prepare any kind of plate and even turkish breakfast. Owners and workers are all friendly and helpfull. Discount for residents in hotel restaurant. Totaly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel, staff, food and location cannot be faulted. Totally out of their control is the volume of music/live music at Cafe Cuba next door. It was only on the Saturday night it was ridiculously loud and late, the other nights were reasonable but a midnight curfew was never upheld. Peter, the owner had phoned the licensing bureau to report it.

Peter the owner was exceptionally attentive, along with his staff. Nothing was too much trouble - he was very hands on but also gave excellent advice and suggestions regarding places to eat and visit. He was happy to book taxis and make arrangements on our behalf.

Rooms have minimalistic design; our balcony had sea view and was very comfortable because there was always shadow - and no direct sun. Tropical shower with great water pressure. Good sound isolation when windows closed.

Our stay was amazing! The hotel is small and familiar, so you get to know all the staff very quickly and they are true gems! We booked transfer, rental car and spa through the hotel which all worked super. The hotel is the nicest venue on that beach promenad by far! The restaurant served excellent food. Can 100% recommend!

The hotel is absolutely lovely but it’s the people working there that that make it exceptional. The rooms are very nicely designed and appointed, comfortable in all aspects. WiFi and Aircon work well. Breakfast served in the restaurant or on the terrace has lots of homemade/ locally sourced products. We are fortunate to travel a great deal and stay in some rather posh hotels and Riva ranks very highly in our view.

definitely the best hotel in Petrovac. The location simply couldn't be better, right on the seashore with a wonderful view of the whole of Petrovac. Beach in front of the hotel, Beautiful restaurant with very tasty food. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is hospitable and will meet you for all your requests. All recommendations for future guests !!!
