We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

North MacedoniaWaiter with a soul patch beard was super rude both days that I stayed. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast.
Best location in Ulcinj, the hotel is new, so everything is clean and nice. The view from the rooms is amazing.

United KingdomThe swimming pool was dirty on the day I arrived. The jacuzzi has stagnant brown water in it which we know can bring any kind of health issues and bring mosquitoes. The hotel is nice but definitely not a 5*. I know stars depend of the country etc. But this hotel was not cheap at all, so I was expecting something higher.
The breakfast was nice. The staff is amazing. All of them. There is a nice view on the beach. The beach is 20 seconds walking distance. So it’s very good if you go during summer😎 The hammam was very nice.

United KingdomFor a 5 star hotel and associated costs there were some things missing - nowhere to hang wet clothes if it was raining; insufficient drawer space for clothes; no tissues; an armchair in the room would have been nice.
Breakfast and food generally was good. Room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Dressing gown and slippers provided. I would stay again again.

First day of arrival hotel host a wedding event, we couldn't sleep because of high music voice. Despite using beach is free, Stewart on beach asked for money. We refused to pay. Price was high for service. View is great for sea side rooms
