Some of the staff was a little reluctant to help which is unusual for a 4/5 star hotel.

The pool is nice. The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast spread was amazing and the staff in thje breakfast room were excellent. The rooftop restaurant and bar had a good selection of delicious food and the staff was friendly. Close to shops and restuarants

The hotel was immaculate with soothing contemporary decor throughout. The gardens and pool area were spotless and beautifully maintained. The staff were attention and friendly at the poolside and at breakfast which offered a good selection buffet style.

Everything is perfect! It is our second visit in 3 months. Room, Spa, Beach and Pool, perfectly clean. Food was excellent both buffet and in the Beach bar, as well as the cocktails in the Olive restaurant.

Spa would have been great but pool and jacuzzi closed for cleaning steam room closed awaiting spare part so only used it on day of arrival disappointed as I can not stay out in sun for long.

The pool and private beach were great plenty of beds with umbrellas fresh towels provided also the area is very secure even has a lifeguard on duty.

Security person in front of the building (there were 2, I am talking about 1 person only) was very very arrogant. It is a shame for such a beautiful hotel and amazing staff to have a person like that and ruin everything. I think the management should very seriously do something about that person

The water in the pool was too cold and I couldn't enjoy it. Also, there were only a few sunbeds and I didn't have my own space where to put my stuff.

The response to the Booking from the management of the hotel (I didn't receive it or it was sent late, not sure). In telephone communication with reception about reservation, at one point they hung up the phone without any reason, but after the second phone call everything was clarified and an apology was accepted. In the indoor pool, the management respects the number of users and you may not find a place to sit due to a large number of users. This is evident especially when the weather is not good. Not enough parking spaces in or around the hotel. The parking security is very pleasant in instructing and helping you where to park the car. Be careful, the parking place on another side of the road is gravel and it is not friendly for people with disability. The one-way roads knows sometimes to complicate the car movement around the hotel.

Everything was good. The staff is welcoming, professional, and always ready for help and service. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The reception manages to put our rooms in front of each other, it was very polite from their side. At the outside pool, the staff was very kind and helpful. Everything is for maximum appreciation. The breakfast was completed and fruits and vegetables were fresh. Waiters in the cafe bar are very professional. The indoor pool and spa are very good.

By far superb 1st class service, location, views, food & staff. This hotel is in a excellent location along the bay’s waterside promenade (plenty of shops & food/drink) & they’ll happily cater to your specific needs, they set my room up with beautiful roses along with my note to my lady. I will definitely be returning & referring everyone I know to this wonderful establishment in beautiful Montenegro.

We loved everything about this Hotel. The staff were brilliant, I'm Coeliac and nothing was too much trouble (thanks for the tasty brown bread 🍞😁). The place was spotless. As was the spa pool area. Breakfast lovely, great staff there. We had a lovely sea view and it was on the gorgeous sea front walk. We couldn't fault a thing. Free parking, always a plus.
