The quality of breakfast is what you would find served in a student dorm. Breakfast coffee is very disappointing.

It isn't super close to downtown Herceg Novi but that isn't the end of the world, only a few euros and you're there.

This place was a HUGE surprise to me. I honestly think they should update their photos - it doesn't do the place justice. It's super nice here, very quaint and peaceful (at least off season).

The beds. For a place that really prizes comfort, they could really work on the beds and the pillows. Other then that, there were no real downsides at all!

What is there to say? This hotel is the definition of relaxation and luxury. The entire staff is so nice and everything is so pleasant and easy. The spa is especially nice and highly recommended. We came in May, but this place must come to life to a whole new level in the summer. We’ll be back!

Noise in the courtyard below when we wanted to sleep. Happened 2 nights out of 8 night stay. The fragrance of oranges in the dining room was very unbearable for me because my number one fragrance allergy is citrus. The hotel was very accommodating and delivered my breakfast to our room. It was much appreciated.

Location. We enjoyed long walks along the boardwalk. There is lots to see in the area and it is all beautiful. The property was lovely. I am allergic to fragrance and the room was fragrance free including the bed linens. The staff was very accommodating. Great customer service.

They didn’t have African cuisine but that is understandable. Most of their cuisine are Western.

Beds are bit uncomfortable - but also being honest, I like soft beds and each and everyone has his/her own preference. But noisy room. Try to avoid (free tip) rooms next to stairs. We had room 109, very noisy both from inside (live music at the bar, people walking the stairs) as from outside. Again, very normal to have people enjoying the live music, couple drinks, etc. but keep in mind that the sound could bother you (with kids).

We liked the personnel working here. Very helpful and friendly and well trained. Also the free SPA components are good. Bit outdated but still very enjoyable. Outside pool facility great.

Lovely staff and very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel area. We were accomodated in ME in four hotels (4 stars at least) and Palmon Bay was definitely the best of them.

Everything we noticed as possible shortcomings of the hotel, we directly addressed the staff and received assurances that they will solve those little things as soon as possible.

The best thing about the hotel is the extremely friendly staff. We have never stayed in a hotel with such friendly and accommodating staff.

1. Price is too high for low season, for high season is too much for Montenegro, you can find much lower 2. Noise from outside construction in backyard even in weekend

1. There was a building right in front of my window(I guess it's some kind of preparation for high season and barely hotel can do anything here but still was annoying). And still, sea was visible and absolutely stunning. 2. I didn't expect that there is no door between living and bed rooms. It's really inconvenient for families with kids.

Overall everything is really good: food, stuff, spa.

A hotel in Herceg Novi I really like. Perfectly located and comfortable. It's always a great experience. Very clean throughout the hotel with all facilities in perfect condition. Nice and calm place. If you want to enjoy a relaxing moment at the Spa & Wellness area, I highly recommend PalmonBay Hotel. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is also good (clean ingredients, a large choice ). We sleep very well. We were reborn after a night. We will return again.

both of our bath robes were stained, although it was clear that they were washed, but such stained towels must be removed from the list of approved towels as it is very uncomfortable to use a towel then realize it was stained

Booking.com stated dog bed and bowls provided. There was non in the room and when I enquired about this the hotel didn't have any.

The staff are very helpful The room was very clean and cleaners replenished towels and products when needed Very friendly towards my small dog. Nothing was any trouble for them. Very close to beach and various bars and restaurants.
