RomaniaThe carpets in the rooms require a deep cleaning. They are stained everywhere and worst of all, they smell very unpleasant. This made our stay for three nights not very comfortable. The staff seems to be overwhelmed with too many tasks and does not manage to clean all rooms properly. We found fingernails on one of the balconies as well as a pair of dirty socks in a drawer. One towel had hair and traces of blood on it. Of course it was changed quickly, but such things should not occur if you run a hotel on a professional basis. Next to the hotel there is a very busy road, on which during the peak season, at every hour during the night vehicles drive by at variing speeds, which makes it very hard to have a good sleep. We were glad to leave when our stay ended.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was fine, with good coffee included and lighter dished to opt for (like müsli for example).

TurkeyI made an appointment at the facility named hotel odisey with confirmation number 3124.571.086. First of all, I was called by the Booking.com representative that the room which I booked was as suitable by mistake, but she said we would not be aggrieved andthey would give another room with 2 separate beds. When I went to the hotel later, They told me that they do not have a 2-day room, but that they can give me a room until 10:00 tomorrow. They did nothing to make up for their mistake. I tried to solve my problem by renting an apartment at 23.00 at night. I could not reach the Booking.com representative. I request the cancellation of reservation. It did not suit Booking.com to suffer me and my family.

United KingdomIt’s quite noisy in the street facing side. The breakfasts I found unappetising and lack of variety. Very very very disappointing. For the daily rate I’d expect a far better breakfast. No fruit, no varied juices, no yoghurts, no side plate, no butter, jam, no nothing. You had to ask! It’s horribly slap dash. My bacon one morning was 100% fat only! I rate the breakfast 1/10. I tried the omelette, it was ghastly. I noticed others left a fair amount of food on their plates. If you asked for muesli it was a huge bowl of cheap muesli. Basically, the owner should be grateful for just 3 staff doing everything! Did the owner award himself 3 stars. It’s not even a 2 star!
Nothing much at all. It was a comfortable room, bathroom and cleaned daily and had a fridge, hairdryer. That’s it! Nothing else to offer.

RussiaAll the rooms are very dirty, all the walls are dirty, All the carpets are dirty, the rooms have a terrible smell. During the entire stay, only towels were changed. Do not believe the photos in the booking, apparently they were taken during the opening of the hotel, since then no one has cleaned or washed anything there.
