Perfect place to spend your vacation in Ulcinj, close to the big beach, the small beach and the city. The staff is very kind and ready to help with anything, very clean rooms, large balconies, large parking. The breakfast was very good, fresh and delicious. I recommend it to everyone to spend a safe, enjoyable vacation.

Great big typical breakfast and very nice owner. Quiet location and very big comfortable rooms. All were very friendly and helped us to charge our electric car. We will come back.

The apartment in general was perfect and is by far my favourite place that I have booked via booking.com. There was plenty of space in the bedroom and lobby area and a lovely balcony with seats and a table. The apartment was located in a quite area, however still local to supermarkets, beach and restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful and had many options.

Pool is filled with green water and not usable but we preferred the sea anyhow so no issue.

Great privately managed appartement house (but it is no "hotel" though) with friendly hosts and good equipment. We got a complimentary room upgrade and were happy to stay at. Walking to the beach takes about 30 minutes and there are restaurants and grocery stores on the way. Exceptional good and extensive breakfast buffet with many freshly cooked varieties.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel in Ulcinj, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind. Their hospitality set the tone for a fantastic stay. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and we were delighted to find free parking was included. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the clear instructions provided by the hosts, and they also went out of their way to ensure everything was going well, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, and offered a wide variety of options. It was the perfect way to start our holiday.

The place is nice. We have a big parking place. The room was clean and big enough for us 2 person. I have to say that the breakfast was absolut amazing and the host was very nice and friendly. I can recommand here. I missed the fruits from the breakfast, it was the absolut highlight!
