Best possible location, right next to the entrance of the old town. Very spacious and comfortable apartment with an amazing view from the balcony.

The room is nice, big living room space and kitchen. Comes with balcony where you can sit and enjoy the mountain and old city view. The bathroom is great and has everything we need. The hair dryer, laundry machine and detergent. The bed was comfortable and has AC Private parking which is very convenient. The host is extremely nice and we will defend return.

The height of the bedrooms.

Loved everything about the apartment. It's in the city centre. The supermarket is just about 100-150 meters from the apartment. The old town is less than 5 min walking distance. The view from the balcony is also nice. The only flip side is that the bedrooms are in the shape of a penthouse and have very little height. One has to be careful while getting up from the bed. Besides this, there is nothing that is not nice.

I liked everything, although a little renovation of furniture and wallpapers would be good

Biljana was extremely friendly, she cleaned and restored the apartment for us after some vandal guests and she managed to do it very quickly and well! We had a perfect stay: a lot of light, space, kitchen good to cook in, nice new bathroom, free parking just downstairs, and main thing: extraordinary view of old Kotor and its rocks!

Just one thing like everyone else mentioned the bedroom space is in roof so no head room while in bed! lol

Located just outside the walls of the town, big apartments, great balcony, well kitted out. 5 mins to town, 10 mins to beach. Very clean. Think they even have parking ( which is hard to find in Kotor)

The beds were comfy, though we were on the top floor and the ceiling height is very low over the bed. The two queen beds are also not in separate rooms, though you do have a partial wall between you.

I was so happy with the location of J & P Apartments. From the deck we could easily see the walls of the old city and up the mountain. Could not be closer with included parking! We used the kitchen to cook a meal and found it was missing a few things, but overall well-stocked. Host communicated well and met us when we arrived to hand over the keys. It was clean.

Bathroom drain was a bit smelly at times.

Apartment was very spacious for 2 people, myself and my daughter. Very close to Old Town and everything is easy walking distance. Supermarket across the road. Clean and comfortable.

The house is as it appears in the photos. It has a beautiful view and location. The facilities were quite good. Balcony view overlooks the Old Town walls. Parking available. The apartment was clean and big. The host was flexible and kind.

In fact my note is 9,5/10. Although I mostly have eaten in restaurants, some kitchen equipment (mostly pan and pots) could be refreshed.

Flexibility and (remote) availability of hosts. They were always responding in few minutes with answer any question.

-The ceiling at the upper floor was quite low because of the roof, but of course there is nothing to do about it. -Outlet of the shower was a bit slow, so after a time water spreads in the bathroom. But I think those are small problems, the apartment is pretty good overall.

+First of all, the location was perfect, the closest it can be to the old town. The view to the channel in front of it was wonderful. From the balcony you can see both the castle and the sea. +The host lady was helpful, speaking English well. +Facilities in the apartment was very good. Kitchen contains many useful equipments. +Size of the apartment was beyond our expectations. +When we were there, the apartment was already heated, the air-conditioning was on for heating, so it was very thoughtful. No heating and hot water problem in winter. +Modern and spacious interior design. +Clean beds. +Soap and shampoo was there. +Price is really worth the apartment.

The ceiling of bedrooms were too low and very klostrofobic. It was a bit hard to find the way to the hotel because there isnt a way actually :)

Location is perfect. It is next to the old town and has a wonderful view of Kotor Fortress and Old town walls. Our room was big and clean.

It's a fantastic apartment almost in the old town of Kotor - it's spacious, clean and fully equipped - we felt like at home. There is a FREE and SAFE car park in front of the apartment - a great and very helpful host - we DO recommend this place to everybody!!!
