The apartments are so lovely. Modern, nicely furnished with a great balcony. The area is really nice and quiet with only a short walk to the beach. The host was amazing, she was really kind and helpful and made us feel so welcome during our stay.

Having a two element stovetop would be handy

Aleksandra is a great communicator and a wonderful host. The flat is clean and new, in a quiet location, about 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and 15 minutes to the beach. I look forward to staying here again the next time I'm in Budva.

Just may be one thing is that the water pressure in the shower is a bit weak. But it's really nothing.

It was a perfect place to stay in Budva and also to observe the surroundings. The view from the balcony and the kitchen is outstanding! The apartment is so clean and cozy, it has everything you need for your stay. The bed is comfortable and so is the sofa in the living room. Aleksandra is very friendly and responsive. Only best memories, thank you!

Parking spaces in the garage where narrow and the garage was crowded and there was no way to park our car there in the first days. Not accomodation related: The road to the apartment was narrow, very steep and crowded with cars and it was drived on both ways; it was challenging to drive when another car was coming from the oposite direction. Budva is in general crowded with cars on the streets.

The view from the balcony is beautifull, the apartment is clean and we had enough room for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Overall it was a good value.

The kitchen has some equipment, but it is quite limited. The TV quality leaves a lot to be desired (not really usable as a second screen for work). The bedroom is very bare. We were also confused about the check-in: we were rushed to be at the apartment at a specific time, yet it turned out to be a self check-in.

The apartment we rented was very spacious and clean. The views from the balcony are fantastic (the hanging chair on the balcony turned out to be very useful in our case). Aleksandra who took care of us during the stay was very responsive and always ready to help. The WiFi worked well, although we relied on mobile hotspot for internet most of the time.

The toilet could use some maintenance. The flat is located on a hill, and the access is not easy for an unexperienced driver.

The bed is okay, but we are young so if you have back problems i do not recommend going here. It is also a 30 min walk to old town, you could take a taxi but they are more expensive in Budva. Around 2-3 euros per km.

The apartment is super beautiful. The hostess is very friendly and will help you if you need anything. It was clean and nicely decorated. You even have a washing machine if you need to wash your clothes. We especially enjoyed the nice view over the mountains and the village. The beach and bay are close so that is great.

Brilliant view from the terrace to the mountains and the sea. Very spacious flat , great service courteous staff. To the sea walking 10 minutes and to the old Budva 15 minutes Big plus for the possibility of staying with a dog. We highly recommend this place

There were a few aspects of the apartment that didn't meet our expectations. The kitchen was lacking sufficient cookware for meal preparation, and the single blunt knife provided was a challenge to use. Moreover, the sink in the kitchen was exceptionally small, which led us to wash dishes in the bathroom sink.

We were most impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the apartment and the friendliness of the staff, particularly the cleaning personnel. The spacious terrace was a definite highlight for us.

The view of the city was great. They have a good parking place (in Budva it's a big advantage). The stuff was very friendly. The place was very clean.

The host should ask for the size of the car for reserving and providing the correct private parking place to avoid the misunderstandings.

The studio had a sofa instead of a bed but it was ok.

The apartment was clean. We stayed for 6 nights and the towels were changed and the room was cleaned.

On the day of check-out from the apartment, we fell asleep and it took longer to leave. After that we looked for reception staff who were not there. When we were leaving the apartment, the cleaning lady attacked us why we didn't leave early and why we didn't call, even though we were looking for staff. After her outburst, there were no problems at the reception and the employee was very kind. The hair dryer is small and weak. Bring your own!

The accommodation is clean and tidy. There is enough space, the kitchen and bathroom are equipped. The reservation staff is polite, cultured and ready to make an agreement.

When book a reservation liked view. But our room was on the ground floor, so sea from room we did not see. If for you it’s important, better to write it in comments.

Very good contact and nice owner. The apartment was prepared, even though we arrived a little early. The apartment was clean and easy to find. Beautiful view from the balcony. There is an elevator and parking. The owner recommended us restaurants in the area and all were great. There is also a store and a bakery in the area. The entrance to the parking lot and to the apartment is quite steep, narrow streets but such are the charms of Montenegro:) Nearby is the beach, the old town can be reached in 20-30 minutes by walk.
