Very nice, new apartment, parking option on spot behind the gates. The host was extremely kind and helpful, he provided us with a number of useful advices for our stay (eg. places to visit, restaurants, places to rather avoid) and we were not disappointed. One of our best experience ever with any hosts before. The owner is always there if needed, you can approach him technically any time. The apartment is not far from the city, but you need a car. The location is calm and nice. Fantastic value for price. Internet connection is fast and reliable. There is cleaning service every day which ensures the perfect cleaniness of the apartmen. Although there is no washing machine, additional laundry service for a good price is available, which makes the stay more comfortable. All in all, we had a great stay.elpful. He was always there if needed and could be approached technically any time. One of the best experience for us so far with any hosts.

The accommodation is wonderful, clean, tidy and easily accessible! It has everything you need, daily cleaning, towels every 2 days! Close to main road, shops, bakery and a fantastic restaurant nearby! Jaz beach is really close! The host was incredibly kind and helpful, when arrived ,we were given a map showing us where to find what we needed,parking,restaurants by location,beaches by location,national parks,attractions etc. Every day he had a kind word for us, the amount of useful information and tips he gave us was priceless! The internet was to slow to be able to work and to hold zoom meetings.

We had a very good experience because of the host. We talked before our arrival and he waited for us to give us the keys and explain different things. The room was clean and it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep because it was a quite area. It was useful to have a parking place and to park at the same spot. The distance to the center was not far and we would choose the same property for another trip.

İt was a excellent experience. We love the apartment . The host, Vesko is very nice and good person. We chat a lot and he gives us best advices about the country. The tips were priceless. Thanks to him and his lovely family we feel like home. Every day very nice lady clean our room. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The apartment is close to very good resturant. We ate there 2 nigths and it was delicious.There is a supermarket and a bakery near the hotel. The hotel very close to jazz beach. We have great 3 nigths, thanks. If we go to montenegro again, we want to stay some more nigths...

Everything was great. Vesko is super nice, gave us a ton of info on what are the best beaches around, where to eat, how to get to certain places, etc. The apartment itself is comfortable and cozy. The cleaning was done every day, there are parking spots outside and the location is perfect if you travel by car.

It was an absolutely phenomenal experience all throughout. Everything was incredibly clean and tidy, with daily maintenance being provided. The owner himself made the stay that much more enjoyable by being more than friendly and welcoming. The location itself is impeccable with the best beaches being a stone toss away and a supermarket within a 3 minute walking distance from the residence. All in all; superb! Highly recommended.

Perfect place to enjoy a quiet relaxing stay. The room was sparkling clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need during your stay. The house has a private parking spot which is really great as well. Our host was helpful and informed us on every place we should visit. Jazz beach is a beautiful beach just 4-5minutes away by car. Totally recommend it

Minor issues- the rooms are a bit small, located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. The terrace is common to all the apartments.

We had a great stay at Apartments Royal. The apartments are well equipped and very clean. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful - he took take of every request and gave up plenty of local tips. The apartment is located between Budva, Kotor and Tivat which was very convenient for our travels (we had a rented car).

Very busy road just 50 meters away. No place for a walk. The place is recommended only for those guests who are traveling by car, because: •the nearest beach is 2 km away along the busy dusty road without any shade •Budva is 5km away, can't be reached on foot, only a taxi is €10-15 No possibility to cook. Such appliences as washing machine, coffee machine and iron (all enlisted in a room description) are not available in the room. We were offered a room on the ground floor, half a meter from the parking, so no balcony, no view and no privacy when sitting outside.

Very friendly and helpful owner, provided all necessary information, took care of our registration and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Perfectly clean room, a made came every day, good WiFi, nice comfortable bed, new clean towels, hot water 24hours, a good supermarket is 3 minutes walk, amazing restaurant is 2 minutes walk.

The 3rd floor walk up the view from the room and the tight parking conditions. The TV was small, the bathroom light was dark for shaving and the space was like an RV size.

It's pretty far away from the city so definitely need a car. We had extremely hot weather during our stay and high floor apartment gets very hot, over 30C in the room. It's bad that we aren't allowed to let the AC on while we are out , and it's very difficult to sleep in the heat, not even after two hours it was not bearable. When we arrived AC was off for longer time and the first night was almost impossible to sleep, either die of heat or get a headache from AC in your head all night. Maybe others are more lucky with the heat during their stay. The bed is a bit bunked into closets , difficult to sleep, as you can bang your head into different closets which honestly I don't know what purpose they serve. The bathroom ventilation has a sensor and only works when you are inside. It can almost never take out the heat or vapors from the shower and it's like a permanent sauna.

Parking, balcony, enough space. The owner even gave us a small gift on departure ! Very good price for the conditions, if you are on a budget and have transportation , it's very good. Small fridge is great.
