We were so delighted with our stay here. The host family are so nice and friendly and really made us feel welcome. The rooms are so clean and comfortable... The views across the bay are absolutely phenomenal - would definitely stay there again and will be recommending to anybody who's visiting Kotor. It's impossible to find as there's no sign and the name on Google maps is different to the name on Booking.com. Without mobile data its hard to get in touch - but a passerby let me use their phone fortunately. The owners though were so helpful, really responsive and came out personally to help us. Budva is noisy at the weekends so bring earplugs! But this isnt the owners fault! It will be the same everywhere.

The location is amazing. Very short walk to the old town - with the most incredible view from the balcony. For the price, to get this view, is crazy! The pictures don't do it justice. Highly highly recommend and wish we'd been able to stay longer.

A really comfortable and modern apartment with spectacular views of the Budva bay and old city, a really lovely spot to relax on the balcony. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk down to the old city. Our hosts were easy to contact and very friendly.

The bath room watercloset was uselessly mini waterstream, The parking was a bit of a headache but managaeble, Against the very strong morning sun, some kind of curtain is needed on the balcony, And a less see through curtain on the balcony window A bit more plates, pots, knives, Better glasses.... A bigger table on the balcony

I didn't like that you have to walk around for some to reach the beach and the downtown because others who have houses there have made locked ports in the stairs that bring you down.

The position of the apartaments is perfect.You have a beautiful view of the castel and the sea.The owner is very friendly and ready to help you.

this place is horrible to find the phone number in Booking was out of service ( Serbian number) I had to connect via Romming to find the place ( plus 50e in my telephone bill) No posters or signs of the place. I had to door by door till found someone who helped me.

Please remember the apartments are on a hill so you have to go up for 15-20 minutes from the city centre. There is no single shop/bakery near apartment. Nevertheless, the views compensate for everything!

Absolutely gorgeous location with breathtaking views from the big balcony! You can spend the whole vacation on this balcony watching the sea and Budva... Apartments are big and clean, with every basic equipment you need. The owners are helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

It was cold at night, the bed sheets were very thin and there wasn't any blanket etc. Also, staying for a few nights we would expect some extra towels, salt etc. Owner unfortunately doesn't speak any English so communication was hard.

the appartment requires a bit renovation. The mirror on the wardrobe in the bedroom was broken so I was affraid it will crumble if I use the closet.

The host vas a very nice Lady, we could late check out free of charge. The view from the balcony is stunning.

We stayed for 11 nights, and it would be perfect to have a room cleaning after 5th or 7th day of living, hopefully you’ll consider that.

Everything was nice, especially view from the terrace. Basically, all conveniences are present and you can stay for a vacation or even business trip. 1 min walk is located a restaurant the old city is 10 min walk. All other important places take no longer than 25minutes on foot.

Very friendly owner. Excellent location, with views of the Old Town and much of the city. Restaurants nearby. Own parking. What bothered me was the fact that it smelled of tobacco in the room, and the mattress was worth changing.

it’s impossible to find. Not a single sign outside of the house, that this is even a accomandation. The cleaning personell which was in place (you don’t meet the host) doesn’t speak a single word of English which makes it difficult. when we wanted to leave, they told us we can only pay in cash (which seems suspicious to me with the fact that there is so sign for a business outside the house). Only after asking they gave us a strange receipt after payment. If you can ignore the communication problems it is a good place to stay for the money, since the apartment itself is very nice 😊
