We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool is amazing and the view is perfect especially when the sun is setting. The owner was really lovely to us. We arrived without any data on our phones but the wifi here is a hotspot which you can take with you anywhere you go. This was amazing for us. It is difficult here without a car but we could access a shop and some restaurants within walking distance. The place was very clean and I would definitely recommend.

The one and only small thing was the smell from the drains.

The views from the balcony were amazing. Walking distance to Sveti Stefan (about 10 minutes.) Also within walking distance to the beach. We had an amazing time here. Bed was comfy. All amenities you would need. We were welcomed and given recommendations. Wished we’d booked for longer!

Perfect oasis away from the business of other beach side towns. Check in was easy. Swim in infinity pool, walk down to the nearest beach, short walk or drive to other beautiful beaches and towns. You can walk to the shops, there is a generous cooking space and fridge in the apt. or enjoy nearby restaurants. The host is great at making recommendations. The only thing, the Internet was very spotty, but perfect for unplugging and enjoying the beauty of the Montenegro coast.

It's a really luxurious place with a very nice sea view. You can enjoy the sunset from the apartment's living room, your room or from the pool side. Clean rooms, bathroom and pool.

Generally, everything was great. Perhaps the turn in to the area where the property is situated could be better signposted. Also, the washing line kept collapsing and was difficult to use at time, but that was a very minor issue so we didn't report it. If we had done, I'm certain Sergey would've been happy to help.

The host, Sergey, was great. Any issues/requests were dealt with immediately and communication was fantastic too. Although it was simple, the property had everything we needed and was worth the money paid. For example, the kitchen was well-equipped, there were clean towels provided, a modern washing machine, parking and there was also an amazing pool and BBQ area. There was also a beautiful beach called Galila very near to the property, though you need to pay 30 euros for an umbrella up until 5pm. We discovered a great beach called Queen's beach two days before the end of our holiday; I'd highly recommend a visit.

The apartment is not in the center and right on the main road, so it was a little dark at night. Unfortunately, the beautiful nature view we saw during the day was a little scary for us in the dark. It would be great to have better lighting outside the buildings :) The bathroom could have been better, but it was clean.

This apartment, located in a very beautiful nature, was quite large and comfortable, it was nice to have our own balcony. Sergey was a very friendly and helpful host. Since we stayed in April, we did not have the opportunity to use the pool and the nearby beaches, but it would be better to choose this place for a summer holiday.

Everything was really perfect! We had the apartment with 3 bedrooms on the top floor with direct connection to the pool. The flat is great with a wonderful view over the coast from every room, very calm and clean. The infinity pool is lovely and a little nice beach is just a 5min walk away. Comfortable parking slot in front of the door. Als the landlord was really nice and helpful and seems really to take care of his property.

Everything was great, one minor thing was that the property could have been cleaned to a bit better standard - there were some crumbs on the kitchen chairs and sofa.

Great location, great facilities and an amazing host! It is not centrally in Svety Stefan but on its outskirts, which made it a way better experience for us. It was quiet, less touristy, with easy parking, yet very close to all the best beaches, restaurants and shops (you have to have a car though otherwise by foot it might be a challenge with all the hills over there). We had a perfect chilled stay over there, the peaceful surroundings and the view of the sea and olives trees, the hasslefree parking and the reliable WiFi were the highlights of this property for us. It was a perfect base for us to sightsee the beautiful coast. Our apartment had one bathroom and an extra toilet, which was an amazing bonus! We will be coming back.

Very friendly host. Spacious and well equipped appartment. Quiet place. Nice swimming pool (10x6 meters). Just few minutes to the nearest beach by walking (bring aquashoes for the beaches in Montenegro). The appartment is off-center of Sveti but it's possible to go there without car, there is a hidden path and it's at around 15-20 min walking.

There were following drawbacks, which however didn’t make our stay uncomfortable: - no Wi-Fi (there is a small mobile hotspot, but it’s not working and is really not Wi-Fi) - ants in the rooms (but nothing that serious, just make sure to hide your food) - kitchen could be better equipped Otherwise, all was perfect and we would return back!

The property si really nice and modern. The pool is really amazing. The gentleman who was assisting us with checking in and out was really fine, with perfect English. Also the rooms are very comfortable with AC in each room with easy manipulation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Adria Lux. The sea views took our breath away. The size of the apartment as well as the amenities were more than we had wished for. I was able to run the washing machine and this was definitely an added bonus. The apartment was big, clean, comfortable and had amazing views overlooking the sea. The bedding was great and the air conditioning worked really well. The host speaks good English and was extremely kind and helpful. We can't thank him enough for our wonderful stay. You can access a small beach by foot or there is another bigger one only a short ride away. Bankada restaurant with amazing sea views is only a short ride away as well.

Great location, very quiet place. Apartments are new in very good condition. We were in April so not all "attractions" were available eg. swimming pool, but we were not there to spend time in swimming pool. Great location to visit south of Montenegro (Kotor, Lovcen, Budva, Bar, Ulcinj) and also Dubrovnik. Walking distance to Sveti Stefan. Sergei, the owner very helpful and kind. We were 10 days, no issues no problems.
