The view of our room was to the people outside so really could not leave windows with no curtains to see any view.

It is beautiful, well mapped and super clean! I am a fanatic. The room was great. And we did stay in another hotel in Monte Carlo where we paid the same and the room was awful.

staff were not helpful at all as it was high season we struggled to get our room as we were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and the obliged us to pay more for a bigger room.

Bathroom could use an upgrade. The bathtub was very high and difficult to get in and out of . Prefer room with a walk in shower.

In the room we had, it was not possible to open the wardrobe doors fully as the bed was in the way, meaning the full length mirror inside the door was unusable (this was the only full length mirror in the room). We were recommended the club sandwich which was very nice, however the chips that came with it were lukewarm and soggy. Neither of these things were what I would expect at a hotel of this quality and price. I did mention them both at checkout.

The hotel itself is magnificent and the location could not be better. The room was excellent apart from my comment below.

Excessive show off of some hotel guests but I guess this is inevitable. WiFi connection could have been better

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Maybe it's because we got to the buffet late that we didn't get to enjoy all the food, but I thought it could have been much better, especially for this type of hotel. At arrival we also asked for dog bowls for our boy but they're still missing; at least 4 different people went looking and never came back haha.

Being my first time in Monte Carlo, this hotel didn't disappoint. It's part of the circus of glitz and glamour that makes Monte Carlo what it's known for. There's a million staff tending to your every need, 24 hours a day. The room was comfortable and quiet; we had partial sea view. The people and car watching is something else entirely; what a show they all put on. It's entertaining.

The room view at the marina was perfect. The staff was ready to answer all the questions and help you in any possible way. The service was impeccable. I will recommend the Pavyllon restaurant.

This hotel is STUNNING. From the minute you enter the lobby you are completely taken care of, from a porter taking your bags, to the reception directing you to your room and explaining all the things included and where best to eat, shop and sightsee. The hotel is located right in the middle of all the best shops and also close to the harbor and casino. The room was just lovey, and so clean and the bed was super comfortable too. LOVED the turn down service also..... Makes you feel spoiled! We ate at the Michelin Star - Pavilion Restaurant that's inside the hotel and aside from the food being delicious, you get the amazing sunset views over the harbor! They also offer - at a small charge - a concierge service for when you arrive and depart which I HIGHLY recommend. You are fast tracked through the airport, customs, immigration, everything. WELL WORTH IT. On a side note, we also chose for the helicopter to fly us to Monte-Carlo from Nice airport and the views are Jaw-dropping, as well as it being super fast. You are then taken to the hotel from the helipad. Definitely recommend if you want to treat yourself - the hotel can arrange the for you too. Would definitely recommend this hotel - the staff could not have more helpful and friendly and it's just a beautiful place to stay!

In the lunch and breakfast area the service is very slow and it takes ages to place an order. They need more staff as all staff seemed flustered. in saying this, the restaurant is very nice overall.
