There was a misunderstanding of the breakfast allowance and we had to wait and sometimes debate with reception about what we're allowed. However, the owner cleared that up.

The owner was really nice and accommodating. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

The Wi-Fi was not connecting in our room (117). We reported this multiple times and the staff only managed to fix it for an hour or so on the first day until it stopped working and the. nothing was done to try and fix it. We stayed for 3 nights and so it was very frustrating being without internet and having to rely on our own mobile data. The only location with Wi-Fi was in the lobby so I had to go downstairs to use the internet, it was very inconvenient to be honest. This is the main reason for the 6/10 rating. I don’t usually give neutral or dissatisfied reviews but this was a frustrating experience and one I Do not wish to have again. One solution could have been to give us a personal internet hotspot for our floor or to give us a few dirhams to pay for internet on our own phones but they did t suggest anything except to wait for their engineer to fix it.

Good size of junior suite, clean rooms, bathroom etc. There was some leaking from the shower but they give plenty of towels. A bidet was also available in the suite’s bathroom. The lobby of the hotel is well decorated and spacious. The staff were friendly and the cleaner cleaned the room extremely well.

1- toilet was not working we requested a fix plenty of times and was ignored 2- one of the staff was ignorant and rude we was asking about breakfast and he was laying on the sofa using his phone barely answering us we had to leave without having breakfast, the next day he told us “ were you the ones asking about breakfast this morning “ ( it was yesterday 😃 ) 3- weird smell everywhere

For the first few days I had trouble staying connected to Wifi but, for some reason, after that, connecting got easier. I didn't mind this, but some folks might.......M'Diq is really a tourist place for Moroccans and they like to stay up late so there was much activity going on outside my window past midnight. If this bothers you, bring earplugs.

What I liked best was that it is within a very short walk to the beach. I came to swim and this made it so easy. It was perfect for my needs. Also by the beach is the city center which has lots and lots of restaurants and shops. And the breakfast was excellent....omlette, different breads, yogurt, olives, butter, amalou, cheese, mint tea. Staff was very kind and helpful.
