Excellent location, you can walk everywhere. Safe area, supermarkets nearby (one right below). Super nice apartment, amazing host! Soufiane made everything super easy, he is the kindest and we couldn't be happier! We will be back for sure!

The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean and the air-conditioning was very effective. The owner, Soufiane, met us on our arrival and showed us around. It is situated in a convenient location at about 20 to 25 minutes walk to the main square in the old town. It is easy to pick up taxis just outside the apartment if you don't want to walk into the old town. Just below the apartments there are several restaurants and a small supermarket which sells basic items including water, milk and alcoholic drinks. It does not sell fresh fruit, vegetables or meat but only about 5 minutes walk away there is a large Carrefour supermarket which has all those things. The apartment met all our needs for a very pleasant 10 days in Marrakech and the owner, Soufiane, was very helpful.

This is a general Marrakesh thing, not the apartment itself - take ear plugs for the traffic noise if you are a light sleeper. The apartment is surprisingly well insulated but there a lot of motorbikes in Marrakesh!

Location was perfect - just in the new part of town, above a row of upmarket restaurants and bars, express supermarket almost next door and close to the main road with great cafes/restaurants. Easy to get places, close to the Medina, a large supermarket and the artisanal shopping complex. 20 minutes walk - straight down a main road - to the main square. Loads of taxis if needed. Comfy, very clean, slept really well, decent showers, good aircon. Like other reviewers, the host, Soufiane, was amazing. He kept in touch by WhatsApp to check if we had everything we needed and that we were having a great trip. Thank you :)

A very spacious apartment with a HUGE and SAFE balcony room(we had two little kids so it was very important for us ),living room and a nicely decorated dining area.Plenty storage in the bedrooms and kitchen,good mattresses.Two ensuing bathrooms and a WC next to the kitchen area.Spacious kitchen with a little balcony -very useful if cooking during your stay.All utensils,pans,glasses,cups,plates-everything there.We really liked the apartment and its location.Its about 20-25min walking distance to Medina or 5 min walk to the Gueliz central area where lots of shops,restaurants,Carrefour supermarket ,McDonald,KFC can be found.Housekeeper was available most of the time.Mr Soufiane,the owner ,was very helpful,responding promptly,very respectful and understanding.Mr.Soufiane even helped us with the toddler stroller as we forgot ours at home.He was very kind and offered us another apartment for couple of hours free of charge after we checked out at 12:00 as our flight was later in evening.Highly recommended to the families .I would definitely stay there again in a future:) Thank you

The property was very spacious, and well located. It was well equipped and well looked after! Soufiane was always ready to help as and when we needed him, and even let us stay in the property longer than we booked in for to match up with our return flight which was late in the evening.

The apartment didn't feel very clean. It wasn't bad, but it could be better. Also, it felt like at least the kitchen could benefit from some renovation.

The host was great. Very responsive. We checked in late in the night and everything went smooth. There is a big underground garage. The apartment is very spacious, with a separate bathroom attached to every bedroom. Nice leaving room with a nice balcony. All the kitchen appliances were there. Also, there were some extra amenities like tissues, cotton buds etc. Location is also great. It's just outside of the medina, very close to many touristic attractions.

That I didn’t book more days holiday in Marrakesh!, the stay at the venue was perfect.

Extremely spacious and very well located apartment with security on the door to ensure complete safety. The host/ property manager was amazing. I travel a lot and use bookings.com for sure this was the best service I ever had. Always online to help not just with the apartment but even with offering advice on best places to visit and even value for money on exchange.

Hot water runs out after 3 showers so other members of our group had to shower in the cold. Also no hot water when washing machine is running. Host does not take credit card payment contrary to booking.com listing, insists only on cash. Bed was not that comfortable and bedsheets were of poor quality. For over 200 euro a night surprisingly the apartment does not provide shampoo or shower gel though to their credit they did provide one shampoo to share amongst our group after we asked for it.

Not my first time here. Cannot fault this or any of Soufiane's properties I've stayed in. Central to everything within walking distance. All amenities in apartment provided. Lovely place! Security guard very friendly.

The shower pressure was not great but we had hot water so we weren't so fussed.

I stayed at Sweet Jacob Apartment with my family of 4. Myself and my husband and my 2 young children age 4 and 2. We loved the Apartment it was a big comfy it was actually very plush. We arrived there on my daughters 4th birthday and the staff went out there way to decorate the room which was very nice of them. The apartment is close to all amenities also the horse and carriage will drop you right outside and the main supermarket was up the rd (carrefour) which was ideal for us We needed fresh milk for my toddler they have meat fruit basically everything you will need for your vacation. The apartment came with towels a nice large kitchen and anything you need they will accommodate it to the best they can. So overall we loved it and yes we would return. McDonald's is 10 min walk away turning left and 2nd left from the apartment and if you take a right walk up 7 8 mins you will be by the big fountain which takes you to the main square where you can find the horse and carriage and lots of shops. Also the apartment has 2 bedrooms both ensuite with a separate toilet a huge living area with dining area, with a large kitchen and large bedrooms a separate balcony area so don't hesitate to book this apartment it's like going from home to home. Thank you we loved our stay.
