Coline was an outstanding host! From the moment we arrived, her warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and elegantly furnished. We slept soundly, waking up refreshed each morning. The terrace was a hidden gem, it provided a serene escape. The staff went above and beyond. Their attentiveness and genuine care added to the overall experience. Each morning, we indulged in a delightful breakfast spread—it set the tone for our day. Coline’s accommodation is strategically located in the heart of the Medina. Exploring the vibrant streets, markets, and historical sites was effortless. Coline herself was a joy to interact with—warm, personable, and dedicated to ensuring our stay was flawless. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to fellow travelers. Coline gave us a lot of advise on things to see or places to eat. The entire staff were great. Lovely breakfast, very clean room. They also offered water all the time, which was nice. The Riad is very central, easy to get to. In the first night, the surrounding area felt like a maze, but the staff showed us around and all became very easy.

Coline and her team (Hisham, Medi) were welcoming and genuinely warm from the beginning of our stay. They all went above and beyond to accommodate us and tend to our needs whenever needed. For instance, as soon as we got back to the riad after a busy day in the medina, we entered an oasis of calm and friendliness. They always asked if we needed water or tea etc. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was delicious. The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean, with all the amenities for the duration of our stay included. Coline also organised a massage/ hammam for us which was superb. Re the location, you are only a few mins walk away from the hustle and bustle of the medina, yet it is very quiet, which we appreciated. We would be happy to stay there again! Yaa and Lawrence.

Beautiful riad right in the center of Medina, but quiet and relaxing. The staff members were all wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and the room was perfect. It was clean and well managed! The manager and all the staff were always available and willing to give us useful advice. They contributed to a really nice stay. We will go again.

The pool was not working (this was a bit disappointing only as we were not told beforehand), but this was due to the earthquake so fair enough! We might have used it once in a 5 day trip so not really an issue.

The Riad was right in the centre of the bustling souk. Coline arranged the taxi for us to ensure we got to the right place. She also recommended and booked some lovely places to eat for us. We particularly liked Cafe Arabe and Azar. We had to follow a man with a barrow for our luggage from the road and although this felt unusual, it is the way! We followed him to the Riad which was off the main pathway and down some alleyways. At first it felt like we would never find our way, but Coline, Medhi and Isham are amazingly helpful and offered to accompany us everywhere. After the first couple of times, we were fine - and found our way like a Moroccan! The central location meant we could easily walk everywhere, but also get to the road where there were plenty of taxis. We had no hassle and felt perfectly safe even walking back at night. It is all well lit. Google maps works well most of the time too, which is amazing given the location! The Riad is literally an oasis of calm in a crazy mad city. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and breakfast is served up there. After the earthquake a couple of months ago, everything felt very normal with the exception of some repairs going on around the city and some scaffolding. The Riad itself was undamaged. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable with a lovely bathroom and we had a separate toilet. It was all very clean and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

We had a great stay at the riad! Coline was welcoming us very warmly and also organized the transfer from the airport for us. The team was very friendly and we immediately felt at home at the riad. The rooms are very nice and clean and the breakfast and the mint tea were the best we had during our stay in Marocco! :)

It’s not a negative - more a warning - the transfer means you get dropped off outside the medina walls and someone with a trolley comes to get your bags. All very safe, but at the time we weren’t told and no one spoke English and we didn’t have a clue what was going on 😂 Also, there is no pool right now and we weren’t told about that before we arrived so if it’s something you’re looking for then double check it’s repaired!

We had such a good experience at Riad CK! All of the staff were lovely and always offering help and suggestions. The whole property was extremely clean, air conditioning worked great and the breakfast was filling and delicious. If we were to return to Marrakech we would definitely stay here again.

I was a bit apprehensive initially - this was my first visit to Marrakech and given the recent earthquake and the unrest in the middle east - I was choosing a Riad and an area sight unseen. Any reluctance that I had was immediately out the window when I found the place and Coline and team could not have been any more warm, accommodating, welcoming, or helpful. By the end of my 4th day, I knew the surrounding area like the back of my hand - felt completely safe walking around the Medina, and could navigate the often complicated pathways around the area. My stay was entirely comfortable - delicious breakfast every morning, a completely clean room to come home to - and any directions or guidance or waters...or anything really provided to me all day long. And via text message if I had any questions. I'm so glad to have experienced Morocco in this way - and would 100% come back to stay at the Riad CK Medina again with no hesitation. Had an incredible time!

She will give you a lot of recommendations on what to do and where to go and is always available. I would definitely recommend you to stay there and I am sure that I will be back soon..

The room is very comfortable and decorated with taste. The team is extremely kind and warm, and we loved the daily chats with the managers and the employees. We really enjoyed our stay in Marrakesh, and Coline and her whole team made sure we had an exceptional time in town: they helped us make some phone calls, find some specific items in the souk, and even accommodated our very early breakfast or late departure. The riad is very calm, situated in an ideal location. We can’t recommend this Riad enough!

Everything was amazing we could not fault anything from location to the professionalism from all the staff to the helpfulness of the manager in arranging our transfer to making sure we arrived safe, helping with luggage to our rooms. Coline was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, we felt like we stayed with our own family. She arranged excursions, tuck tucks, spa treatments and even got a stool for my elderly mother who needed to sit in the shower. We will definitely be staying with Karim if we ever visit again. It was definitely our favourite place from all the places we stayed at.

Breakfast was one of the best we had and we did try several different places, Mehdi makes the best Moroccan tea.

Our stay was unforgetable. Coline and her staff makes you really feel like home. The Riad is super clean, modern, very nicely furnitured and in top condition. Coline is very happy to help with anything you could need. Transportation, sightseeing tips or restaurants and reservations for them. It was even no problem for her and the team to consider my food intolerances for breakfast. The waiter for breakfast and nightguard is such a good soul. Always with a smile, very friendly and helpful. Everyone in the Riad is happy to have a small chat. So when coming back from sightseeing or in the morning at breakfast you really feel comfortable and at home. The Riad is the right choice for you if you are looking for a private Riad with the extra plus of having the feeling to stay with friends. We can more than recommend the Riad and will definitely come back when coming back to Marrakesch. :) Thank you so much for everything! We really appreciated your hospitality!
