Doha is the jewel in the crown of this lovely Riad which is a few steps away from the main drag of the Medina and near the blue Gate to get in and out from transfers/for excursions etc. She made our stay welcoming, friendly and super helpful, with support, advice and information on sights, restaurants and when my son was too ill to travel, she rearranged our tour to the Sahara for another 24hrs to allow for his recovery. Even after we left she was still checking in on us. The room and beds were comfortable and clean and the shower was great. It felt safe and was a shady respite from the heat of Fes. Lovely!

The toilets were clean but smelled, not sure if it's because of the overall sewer system of medina.

The Riad manager was helpful. The location was close to the entrance of Medina which was I think better than being in the central Medina.

There are some opportunities for simple visual or technical improvements that could make a big difference in the quality at the riad.

A very nice riad with a lot of character in a great location in the Medina. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. Breakfast is very good.

Uncomfortable bed

This place was amazing. Such a lovely area situated walking distance to the entrance of the Medina. Staff were so friendly and kind. They really made us feel at home. The facilities were clean and spacious. Delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

incredible treatment from Doha specially , she's a clever and friendly person she helped us to reach all the medina by guiding us without getting lost , as well she organized for us a tour to the desert for two nights,was truly special and highly recommended. never regret to follow her advice.

The hospitality was exceptional! Doha went above and beyond to assist us with any request or question during our stay at the riad, speaking perfect English. She also allowed us to leave our belongings at the riad for half a day after our checkout before our departure from Fes.

Our host Doha was extremely kind and helpful. She was always available for us. The location is also good and easy to find thanks to the signs on the streets.

The room is quite small for family with 2 children. if you bring 3 suitcase, make the room full. But it is not big deal because the owner is so profesional and helpfull.

Doha and his brother are so kind and helpful. They explained everything at the beginning, including the safe and dangerous areas in the neighborhood. They are so professional. It is also lecated in the lively street so make us more excited to go around. I also join their tour to other cities. I recomend this Riad. The rate per night also affordable.

The staff helped us to arrange guided tours and excellent transfers to Chefchaouen and the Middle Atlas mountains despite the fact that we booked them short in advance. The riad is in a great location that allows you to experience the medina at its best. Comfortable room and perfect for our needs. Thanks again to everyone, we hope to come back soon! Bathroom could be better (maybe a shower curtain). And the breakfast is from 8.30, which is kind of late, if you want to go for a bigger Tour outside of Fes

The owner was super nice and helpful. We could ask all the questions we wanted and she gave us super nice advice.
