The terrasse offer a great view of the surrounding medina, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast I had was good. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Being placed in an old building, the smell in the rooms can be anoying.

The riad is placed in a very old building (over 350 years old). It is placed at only 2 minutes from the road were the cars can arrive. The owner is very helpful and he will be able to provide you with city guides, wine, transfers by car and everything you need.

The riad is super nice, clean and with all you need for your stay. The breakfast was very good, but what we loved mostly was the terrace. You can relax up there in the evening, take some pictures and enjoy the view. About the location, the riad is close to the place r'cif and to one of the entrance of the medina. Direct bus number 19 connect place r'cif to the train stration, in case you need it. I absolutely recommend this riad, and the owner was very kind and attentive. Thank you for everything !

The bathroom smells pretty bad and it’s really noisy in the room. Our toilet seat was broken as well and the water in the shower didn’t really get warm.

The host is very nice, kind an helpful and gave us a lot of useful tips! The rooftop of the riad is amazing with a great view over the Medina of Fes. Rooms are clean and cozy.

The street leading to the riad is a bit dodgy.

It was clean and the room was cool, not even air conditioning needed. For the price it was outstanding. The rooftop terrace was nice and i even got some tea and biscuits in the evening. The owner is very friendly. The riad is situated very well. The entrance of the medina is on the other side of the street and its easy to reach by taxi

Great breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view. The hosts let us check out late when we told them we weren't feeling well. Very clean rooms, we got upgraded from a double room to a room for 4 people.

Great breakfast on the roof, overlooking Medina. Three minutes walking from the entrance of the old Medina and close to the important sites. It is very central, still a tranquil place. Excellent and attentive host, very responsive and trustworthy for everything we needed: information, arrangements, taxi from (even if it was a bit late, which we very much appreciated) and to the airport. Very good wifi. Good and affordable restaurants nearby. Very clean. Natural traditional architecture with a fresh patio, plus air-conditioning in the rooms in case one needs it. Everything perfect. Highly recommended

We arrived at about 2am (much later than planned due to flight delays) and they still welcomed us so warmly. Pick up at the airport was there waiting for us. The room was so nice! It looked so traditional and the bathroom had a nice tiling. In general, the overall decoration was amazing! The wifi was really good too. The best thing about this riad is the morning breakfast on the terrace! The view is the best one i’ve seen in Fes and the breakfast was so big and rich!

They well prepared my breakfast on early check out,but I found that once I arrived train station, two cups of coffee was leaked and all of the breakfast a mess. They should use some kind of material suitable for hot 🔥 drink and aluminum foil instead of napkins to pack the bread.But that is a minor issue.

Great location just 2 minutes walking to big square (Jemaa El-Fnaa),friendly host kind and helpful with quiet room. Highly recommended.

Stairs to get to rooms and rooftop are super-steep! Really difficult to climb and go down, not suitable for the elderly or people who have mobility issues. Lighting in both room and bathroom is very dim. Bathroom a bit small and in need of some repair (both sink and shower were clogged).

Nice riad in an old building in the heart of Fes' medina, close to an area accessible by car (very convenient, 2 minutes by foot). Excellent, abundant breakfast served in a rooftop terrace overlooking the entire city center -- really spectacular. Quiet, clean if rather small room, with excellent beds. Very pleasant large common room on the ground floor (the inner courtyard of the riad). The per-night rate is very reasonable.

It was well located and a genuine riad with a nice terrace where we were served a delicious breakfast. Our host was accommodating and paid attention to detail. Our room had two windows with a high ceiling and original and the wide bed was comfortable.

I love the breakfast in the terrace with the full view of Medina. Naoufa is an excellent host. He arranged all the trips I wanted to join, even the massage/hamman he took the appointment for me and because its in Medina there was somebody who brings you and who picks you up from hotel. Hotel is beautifully decorated with big rooms and very high ceiling which I like very much. I had an excellent holidays in Medina .I will surely come back again! Thanks a lot again Naoufa and staff of Riad Fes Elite !!

Not one thing.

Very friendly and helpful staff - they offered cookies and mint tea at arrival. They also printed my boarding pass. The Raid itself is beautiful. The room is spacious and comfortable. The view from the rooftop is wonderful. Markets, banks, stores, etc. are just around the corner.
