Location hard to find . Says go through the the ricf place door but they are building and there is no door . There is silver metal security fence . If you are staying there go down the side of that . Quite a rubble concrete path/ walk through . Kept going the riad is on the right .

We were left alone , no hastle , helpful reception with a map and decent breakfast for the money right by the souk

Not the fault of the property, but the way there from the taxi stand is a little twisty due to construction of the parking garage right in front.

Riad Bab Rcif & Spa - we stayed 2 nights here and it was more in line with our expectations of a Riad experience. We previously booked a Riad in the heart of the Medina but felt uncomfortable with that location. This Riad was bright with windows and a bright central courtyard. There is construction of a parking garage next door but we didn’t hear it. Our window faced the inner courtyard. There were 3 of us and we had a quad room which was spacious. 4 guests might be tight depending on how much luggage everyone has. All 3 of us did a hammam treatment and a massage. We had been in Morocco for 6 days and it was a nice break to the intensity. We left early for the train station and they packed our breakfast. As a lot of reviews mention, the food is really good and the staff is outstanding! Every day they kept asking if there is anything they could do for us. They really made us feel at ease and comfortable.

I had the best experience in this riad, I enjoyed it a lot, I liked everything, everything was clean and new, especially the staff they were very friendly and understanding like family, I also loved the top floor it was amazing overlooking the whole city, we had a great time, it was an amazing and wonderful experience and I recommend it to everyone, and I will come back soon.

There was some construction outside but this can not be helped.

The Riad gate/door is locked after midnight. I guess this is normal for all Riad since there might not much activities to do in Fes at night as the Medina markets closed after 6 or 7 pm. But for us that had several events outside of Fes city, and only came back to Fes at 3am or 4am, its a bit of problem. Need to inform their staff in advance and get their phone number so that we can contact them asking them to open the door/gate. But otherwise, it was all good and nice stay!

If you go there by car, the car parking is a bit far (to walk) from the building, you can take a taxi to go there (just few minutes distance by taxi and 6 dirhams). If you would like to do shopping in the bazaar, I would recommend to check the prices in a modern shopping mall first then visit the old bazaar and bargain with the seller (this is a general comment for all traditional bazaars in Morocco).

Very friendly staff, helped me to find a convenient carpark around and willing to help about any questions we might have. We have forgotten an electronic device at the room and they helped me to return the device back to Turkey. Location of the facility is just in the hearth of the old town and you can visit historical bazaar (including old tannery) by walking.
