It was described in the reviews that beer (Alkohol) would be served as well, but no. We weren’t event allowed to bing any back with us to the riat.

We loved how friendly Mohamed and his family was, the rooftop pool and sun terrace was amazing and their dog greeted us every day. Absolutely amazing ❤️

The light was very dim which made it hard to see and bathroom quite small but nothing else.

This Riad is somewhere I would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the Medina in Marrakech. The staff are really lovely and welcoming and make you feel so welcome. There is a gorgeous dog there too for added points! There is a rooftop pool area that was clean and tidy, towels waiting on the beds which was an added bonus. It’s really good location, feels safe/secure and in walking distance to everything you need. They offer a lovely breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is difficult to find, the telephone number on Booking is not correct.

    1. Very friendly host, nothing was too much to ask. 2. Windows are fairly isolating the noise and the outlet smog of the street 3. The sunny rooftop with a small swimming pool 4. Good breakfast (unless you are gluten-free)

The staff and everything about this riad was perfect. We leave morroco with our hearts filled with love. The staff treated us like family always ready to help. The food is amazing. The location is in the central Medina but you feel at peace in the riad, it’s like another world you don’t hear the caos outside. The rooms were super clean. The pool and the rooftop are so cozy just breathtaking!! These people deserve the world Thank you so much for everything we will definitely return !!! I wish I could rate this riad above 10

    The mattresses were hard

We stayed in this beautiful riad in the heart of the city centre in the souks! Easy to find if you use maps. We cannot recommend the friendliness of the staff and how welcoming they all are. They are a great asset to Mohamed and his riad. Despite a little language barrier they made every best effort to make us feel comfortable and helped us with all our many questions. They have a beautiful terrace and outdoor pool (not heated when we came in January). They recommended us places to eat and things to see. They made our bed daily, gave us clean towels and gave us a hearty traditional Morroccon style breakfast every morning. They even went out of their way to allow us to store our rented bike in the riad overnight as we were afraid to leave it on the road. Despite needing to check out at 11am they allowed us to store our baggage in their guest living room and printed our boarding passes as you cannot use mobile boarding passes in morocco airport. We loved our 4 day stay thankyou So much, particularly to Fatima and Mohammed.

pool was not clean. water is seating still and looks filthy. no way of arriving by car. you have to walk the busy streets and at night its very far from the taxi drop-off, no way of knowing which is the way or walking that distance, hotel should inform this before arrival and at least wait for guests in a clear location. Staying in the middle of the medina is very hectic, thankfully we took a tuk tuk in the plaza. I recommend to arrive during the day, but getting past medina busy narrow streets with bags is a very hard task. Before 9am, recommended but check-in is after.

Riad is very nice, beautiful decor and nice fist floor and terrace. Room was ample, nice, clean, good bathroom. Staff was kind and friendly. For a hotel in the middle of the medina is a nice scape as its calm and clean inside. quite rooms.

Only little things really. A proper bar of soap would have been nice at the sink as the little ones were not great to a liquid soap dispenser. The ability to have a coffee by the fountain would have been nice too.

Firstly can I say that Mohammed was the most attentive, friendly and helpful person that I have ever met in a hotel/guest house/Riad. Great location, great rooftop pool and sun lounging area. lovely little tented area to relax or have breakfast in. The location is right in the heart of it all and 5 min walk to main square. Breakfast was lovely maybe a little fruit with it please. As we had to walk across the square to get to the Riad Mohammed had come to meet us halfway across the square without us even knowing he was coming. It was a nice touch as we would have struggled to find it.

We checked in to this riad after our Sahara Desert tour. Our tour guide called the riad to ask for assistance to meet us at drop off as we needed to weave through Djema Square to find it. The lady our tour guide spoke to refused to help and we were told by our tour guide that it was due that we didn't pay for transport to the riad?! Our tour guide was quite surprised as normally riads offer support like this to guests. He also said the lady he spoke to sounded arrogant. We ended up paying a porter to get us to the riad. Left a bad first impression. The rooms were just ok, not as clean as we'd hope. Our whole family stayed on the top floor. There was a musty smell on all rooms. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly ie. mirrors not wiped clean, sofa bed in the suite was dirty (when futon is lifted), shower drain slow, etc. Also, be warned that bottled water here is not free. We were charged 50 dirham per bottle at checkout which was substantially expensive than buying it outside. We didn't contest since Omar, their onsite help, was extremely great to us during our stay.

Omar, Mohammed and staff were all great! They made our stay really comfortable. Omar especially was really helpful and we are so grateful for him. He even went above and beyond and assisted my aunt and uncle to attend church on his day off. We will never forget the kindness Omar showed us. You're a rockstar Omar!
