I don't think there was anything I didn't like but I would say the breakfast could be a little more varied each day. Additionally the doors in the Riad are old so are tricky to close and quite noisy at night.

The riad is very well situated in the centre of Kasbah. It is a quiet area but with excellent proximity to the Medina with a short walk. We loved the decor and hospitality of the staff.

The only thing we can say is that we would have preferred to eat the breakfast at the Roof top. I guess because it is winter time, the fear is too cold.

This is such a beautiful Riad .. everything was to my taste. Also it was one of the biggest That we visited, very spacious- both the rooms and the patio. The rooftop was marvelous. The staff was very nice and helpful! They allowed us to leave our big luggage overnight. After being in 3 other Riads in Marrakesch, we truly believe that this one had the best and most convenient location.

very good location, 15 min walk to main square, riad was very stylish, great trees and furnishing. Our room was very spacious, super clean. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Great Moroccan breakfast. Totally recommended.

We agreed with the Riad staff via WhatApp the transfer for our group from Airport to the Riad, but there was no one waiting for us. So we just took a regular taxi - what turned out to be even cheaper.. We were told later it was just a misunderstanding, however with no any kind of apologies for such inconvenience.

Beautifully restored and decorated Riad with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Typical Moroccan breakfast - sweet. Location of the Riad is close to various restaurants and Bahia Palace. I would gladly return in the future.

The property is peaceful and beautifully laid out. We liked sitting by the pool and sipping some mint tea. We were welcomed by the hotel manager and his staff who received us at the main Road (as it is a 2 mins walk from main Road to the riad). He guided us on restaurants + places to visit with a city map. Location is great! You can start your walk in the morning and cover most of the places just on foot. Breakfast was good, they fixed one for us early in the morning as we had a tour to Zagora dessert. The room was spacious as well!

Noise carries in the Riad and guests seemed to be coming and going at all hours talking loudly and banging doors (our room was near the front door). There was no hot water early morning so we had to have cool showers before leaving for an early flight.

Good location close to many sights. Lovely building, enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace & even had a dip in the pool (a bit chilly in December).

I found the bathroom not so clean and the towels were Barry used (need to be changed)and they were smelling like the pool.

Beautiful interior design, clean rooms, very comfy bed and super friendly staff who would go the extra mile to serve you. He even made us breakfast to go as we had to leave early in the morning.

The ground floor rooms are quite noisy. Massage treatment was average.

Cosy and beautiful Riad 20 min walk from the big square. Staff was very helpful and sweet. Spacious and clean room (bed too soft however). Nice rooftop where the breakfast could be enjoyed. Breakfast consists of a lot of sweets (jams, cakes, sweet yoghurt), but it was decent. Would recommend.

This place is absolutely amazing. The perfect stay. The place is beautiful, quiet, peaceful and stunning. The room was gorgeous and spacious with the most comfortable bed. The staff, Hamza and Wassim were absolutely brilliant - they did anything we asked and were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the rooftop was like paradise. I would definitely stay here again.

my only complaint is that there is technically no shower in the room, there is a bath with a nozzle that allows you to move the water over your body and that it is. Didn't impact on my overall thoughts of the property and noted it more as a cultural experience
