We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Morocco- During one week, one elevator was out of service, all the person are claiming about this, they were working just with one, that cause lot of delay sometimes goes to 10min waiting to go down, it’s very hard for a pregnant women, - No restaurant, limited choices, not as per the menu - Bad service related to people not qualified, - No manager or responsible, to hear the problem of visitors, - The card room should be re-coded every days, during all our statements (the card was located separately not with phone or RFID reader) - The cleaning service is fast, but not perfect

United KingdomToilet and shower are seperate rooms no water in the toilet for washing had to fill water bottles Woodfloor infront of the showers rotten and broken had to cover it with towels no tea or coffee provided. Restaurant try to order food several times during the day for my kids. And firstly no one spoke english. All i understood is that the restaurant is closed. And there is no other place to buy food nearby . The king size bed us joined together with 2 single beds with gap in the middle Not enough plug sockets to charge your phones. Carpark lift not working had to walk up and down two flight of stairs with kids

MoroccoStaff was not very helpful. Sanitary measures are not taken. Breakfast is bad. Check-in experience was not welcoming (the parking garage is dark, smelly and dirty). No instructions were given by the Check-in staff. Very small rooms and not very clean hotel in general. Shortened my stay by 1 night.
The location is good but the beach is crammed.

MoroccoThe elevator to the parking lot is broken so we had to take the back stairs all the time to get access to my car. The breakfast was modest. Noisy neighbors. The swimming pool of the hotel is closed but the other one is open. No towels in the swimming pool.
The view is amazing. Some of the staff is very helpful. The security guards are very polite and helpful.
