The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay, there are three outdoor swimming pools and a gym on site. There are security guards at the entrance so it is safe and there is an assigned parking space in the underground car park. There is a pharmacy and small shop nearby but I recommend taking a taxi to the local Marjane. Med was great we arranged with him what time we would arrive and he met us at the entrance with the keys.

Very comfortable and clean apartment in quiet and save neighborhood with private parking lot with great view of the garden and swimming pool. Closed to the beach and to the sea food market with many Cafè and Restaurants in front of the beach. 26 min. to Sindbad Beach Resort and to Morocco Mall, Habbous Market, and the center of Casablanca.

Clean and modern. Close to beach and pools. Property is very secure with 24/7 security. Car parking spot. Had TVs and wifi. Dishwasher and washing machine which was fantastic . Med our host was very accomodating! The washing machine broke down and Med bought a new one and installed it for us straight away. Awesome service.

First, I thank Mr. Mohamed for his good cooperation and gentle dealings. In general, the accommodation is very suitable for the family and very comfortable. You will enjoy privacy and tranquility. Also, the parking for the car, the housing is very clean and the care is clear. It will definitely be a favorite destination in the future.

The host is very kind. He helped us carry our suitcases up to the apartment. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the linen is very good. The facilities of the place are very nice. The delivery of the apartment was super easy.The apartment is about 30-40 from the Hassan Mosque 2, but it has beaches and a boulevard 5 minutes away.

We did not realize how far from city center it is. 25 km, 40 minutes drive in traffic. Not the host's fault, of course, but a bit far for going to the city, especially in the evening.

The host went above and beyond for us. The unit does not come with an electric kettle, but the host went out and bought one for us! Clean and modern.

Mr Osama together with a second car picked us up at the airport, spoke excellent english and understood our needs. Basically valet service that you see in 5 star hotels. E.g. he also did some groceries to help us out (There is also a small supermarket nearby)

I absolutely loved the modern interior, which made me feel like i was home.The host Med was such a pleasure, he made sure we were settled and safe every day. The location was perfect not far from local shops and a walk away from the beach.

The gym was still under construction during my stay. It had good machines for exercising cardio, but no squat rack. However the gym was not even advertised on the listing in booking, so it really was just a plus to have it there.

Beautiful apartment with very nice facilities including a swimming pool and gym in the estate. Outside the residence you will find great restaurants and a beautiful sand beach to walk next. What made the stay truly wonderful was Med, the manager of these apartments that helped us find the best restaurants and locations to visit.

The condo is super spacious, modern and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Med went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He fluently speaks multiple languages including Russian, English, and French which was so helpful as we gotten some good advice on places to visit from him. It takes about 5 mins walking distance to the beach to watch the most beautiful sunset over the Atlantic Ocean. Med’s hospitality, location of the condo, new appliances (including washing machine), comfortable beds made our stay fantastic. highly recommend !
