Having arrived at the airport (half an hour drive away) in the early hours of the morning, and then having a taxi driver who would be rated as one of the two worst taxi drivers ever encountered over many years of travel which left us arriving at the hotel an hour and a half later, the staff were, very refreshingly, very welcoming. Check in was processed very quickly and efficiently to allow us to at least have a little sleep before embarking out later that day. Having as tour arranged for the next two days, the receptionist was exceptional in ensuring that the tour operators were advised of our arrival and confirming of pick-up details. Absolutely wonderful assistance. Room provided was very large and contained a large comfortable bed as well as an additional single one. The room also had a wonderful work bench to work from while sitting in front of a large window overlooking the neighborhood. Also contained comfortable chairs, small bedside table and a large wardrobe to ensure there was no issues with storage. En-suite bathroom was large and contained an exceptional high water pressure shower. Both handheld and overhead. Excellent free Wi-fi, although this is not secured so, care needs to be taken with any personal information provided over the internet. English is not a common language in Morocco, but the staff here were very good (most of the time) understanding our requirements and meeting our needs. It also provides a wonderful breakfast (at additional cost) and has two on-site restaurants, both of which appear to be very popular, so reservations are recommended.

A very nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast is excellent. The staff is exceptionally friendly. There are cafes and restaurants nearby, it's nice for a walk. A must-do recommendation is to use the very affordable Petit taxi to feel the real vibe of Casablanca.

United StatesThe only challenge I found was the front desk staff was plentiful but didn't seem eager to help or communicate with each other regarding suggestions/offers to help they had made. I had called down about getting help with a taxi to the airport and the cost, and the next day, I was not offered help and was given a different price. It all worked out, but I would say give yourself extra time to sort out arrangements if it's with different staff members.
The location and facilities were very convenient. I went to the spa and found the prices and experience great - the bonus was that you didn't have to book ahead. The rooftop restaurant was relaxing, and the food was good.

Location, facilities within the hotel such as both restaurants excellent, breakfast fresh and delicious, rooftop bar classy and very comfortable with lovely music at all times day and evening. Our room was large and very comfortable. A big plus are the staff, so friendly, helpful, they go the extra to make the stay perfect, can’t thank them enough for how they treated us. The location for us was perfect, lots of bars cafes restaurants within minutes walking distance. Although it is on a main road, with lots of traffic, this makes it way to get taxis day or night, the double glazing keeps the noise out at night.
