I spent two weeks here, the facilities aren't the best but honestly these were two of the best weeks I've ever had. It's all thanks to Omar who works so diligently 24 hours a day to not only accommodate everybody's needs and to ensure the comfort of all the guests, but to build a community and a sense of family. From group meals to music nights, Omar really creates magical memories and strong bonds that last far longer than you can imagine. Over the past two weeks, Omar and I have met many people who came and went and created so many great bonds and special memories together like a family. I'm totally heartbroken that it's my turn to say good bye to Omar who very quickly became my brother. Omar is so caring, generous, thoughtful, accommodating, kind, gentle, fun, knowledgeable and talented; he is worthy of so much praise and is deserving of a better working environment. It is because of my brother Omar that I strongly recommend coming here. Should Omar decide to leave and work at a different place then my recommendation will follow him. I want to thank everybody who made my time here so special; all the wonderful guests, Hanan who cleans and prepares breakfast in the mornings, and especially Omar with whom I've created memories I will cherish for a lifetime. Love you big bro!

It would be better if the hostel provided you with some gel and a towel.

The location, facilities and staff were just wonderful. Omar, the worker there, treated us as if we were part of his family. Breakfast is included in the price and it's delicious, congratulations to the cook!!!. The atmosphere of the place was so chill and cozy with a traditional decoration and awesome common spaces and all the people we met in our time there were so kind and friendly. Highly recommended, one of the best backpackers hostel I've ever had the opportunity to be in. The best In Fes.

As in most value Moroccan stays, there's some noises and the shower while acceptable didn't have hot water. Some blinds on the door window would go a long way.

Mirrors are not for short people, it is hung so high that I can only see my forehead... could be better if there is something to hang your clothes because the private room is surely big enough for a rack..

Occasionally there was no soap in bathrooms - but not all the time.

Omar - the host - is probably the most welcoming and caring managers I’ve met in my travels. That enough is to make me come back. Also a very good breakfast.

Everything was perfect ! Omar is the best host , Hannah and Cemat are fantastic ! Mohammed is a great guide too ! You will feel at home here and very safe , the staff are very kind and knowledgable , great location , good breakfast and we enjoyed it here , there’s a couple of bathrooms and private rooms are great as well as mixed dorm. Your stuff will be very safe here and we can’t wait to return to our Moroccan family.

As a non smoker I didn’t like the smoking inside but I understand it’s more accepted in this part of the world. Also I thought a fridge would really benefit the shared kitchen! But overall a great stay, I would book again 😊

A cute quirky riad in a great location, the bed was comfortable and the host was kind and helpful. I felt really comfortable staying here as a solo female traveler.
