A Tranquil Oasis in the Heart of Marrakech I cannot recommend Riad Maison Dar Saada highly enough. From the moment I began communicating with manager Yas, the experience was exceptional. Yas was incredibly responsive to all queries, making the pre-arrival process seamless. The Riad itself is a stunning testament to modern Moroccan design. Its prime location, just steps from the bustling souks yet tucked away in a peaceful street, offers the best of both worlds. The moment you step inside, you're transported to an oasis of tranquillity. The beautifully decorated rooms are spacious and immaculate, providing a luxurious retreat after a day of exploring. The daily breakfast served either indoors or on the rooftop terrace, was a delightful start to each day. Iman, with his warm smile and welcoming demeanour, made the mornings even more pleasant. The option to order beverages throughout the day, including wine, beer, and tea, added to the convenience. We even enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Riad one evening, a welcome break from the bustling restaurants. Yas's exceptional service extended beyond the Riad's walls. He was instrumental in arranging airport transfers, luggage assistance, and even day trips. His recommendations for local restaurants were spot on. Without a doubt, this Riad will be my go-to choice for future Marrakech visits. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and authentic Moroccan experience.

Everything!! Especially the hospitality. We were welcomed as if it were our home. The staffs were superb, especially Hamid, Yassine, and Walid! They were always accommodating anything we needed, even beyond what you needed. Their hospitality left us speechless. We even felt sad that we had to leave. The environment is very calm despite of the chaotic outside the square. The location is perfect! Just less than 5 min walking to the main square. The room was clean and got nice design. Breakfast was good, especially if it were done on the rooftop. We definitely will go there again if we came to Marrakech in the future.

The very central location has one big trade-off: calls to prayer are quite audible in the early morning (around 6:00 am), especially in the upper floors. Someone with a light sleep might find it a bit annoying. Still, it’s a price to pay for the excellent location.

It was a perfect retreat from the bustle of the Medina. Surprisingly quiet, despite the location, clean and comfortable. All the hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing suggestions for exploring Marrakesh. We also booked the transfer from the airport and back and everything went smoothly. The breakfast was excellent and really complete - given the large portions, it can also serve as brunch.

Everything was beautiful. We highlight the helpfulness, friendliness and sense of humour of the staff, particularly Hamid, who made our stay a delight from start to finish. The location is perfect, being only a few steps from Jmaa el Fna, the extremely animated main square - nevertheless, the hotel was amazingly quiet and peaceful. The breakfast, served on the roof terrace, was top-notch. We can't wait to come back!

We had an excellent one night stay here from start to finish. The staff were so welcoming and friendly - they even put balloons in our room and I told them it was my husbands birthday the day we arrived. The location was perfect for walking around the medina, although a little bit hard to find down a side street. The attention to detail was fantastic and the whole vibe is really well thought through. We will definitely recommend to our friends visiting Marrakesh.

Superb riad close to Jemaa el-Fnaa. Surprisingly very quiet and peaceful. Decoration/design is very well done and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. The rooftop is fantastic, the pool also. Breakfast was aligned with expectations and satisfying, although not very diversified. Staff was friendly, we could drop the luggages for a city tour after checkout, same for using the rooftop. Bit expensive but worth it.

We had a fantastic stay here over a couple of days. The property is beautiful, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. My only regret is not booking a longer stay. The location couldn’t be more ideal – it's right in the heart of Marrakesh, yet offers a serene and peaceful retreat from the city's vibrant energy. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful riad in the heart of Marrakesh, really close the the Place Jemaa el-Fnaa. The riad is really gorgeus with a pool and a terrace. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfy. The staff is really nice, they gave me some tips on what to see and where to eat.

Absolutely beautiful and stunning design, a great mix of modern and traditional elements, felt like straight out of an Elle Decor issue. You can tell the owner has an eye for interior design and details. The rooms are super big and comfortable. Stunning roof terrace and pool to lounge and really nice dinner. The most friendly staff I encountered when traveling through Morocco, Hamid was absolutely going out of his way to make us feel comfortable and right at home.
