If arriving with your own car the local public car park (only 225 dm for 2 nights underground and secure) is only a 5 minute walk to Dar Rehla and owner will send you the Google location BUT try to get met at the car park entrance as the Riad is not easy to find on arrival if you do not have local advice.

The hosts are wonderful, helpful and friendly. The location is excellent to see around Tétouan. Nice breakfast, room and really comfortable bed.

The location is excellent, 5min walk from the Royal Palace and the centre. Breakfast was nice, room clean and comfortable. Nice views from the terrace. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

Location is in the heart of the old medina, unreachable for the cars. So, it is not very convenient if you carry a heavy luggage.

Great location, in the heart of the medina,very friendly and helpful staff, the manager even printed the plain tickets for us, without having a printer in the house. The room was nice, generous size, traditional decorated, very confortable bed. Breakfast is good, kindly served on the roof top terace with a standing view over the mountains. Wifi very good.

Lovely guesthouse inside the Medina (taxis will leave you about 5 minutes away); the staff is amazing, and they go the extra mile to make sure guests are happy. Good breakfast, large rooms with a/c and heating, and an amazing terrace overlooking the city.

Dar Rehla is a wonderful property, very tastefully renovated, in the middle of the medina. I arrived in the rain outside the old town and was met and taken to the dar where my clothes were dried for me. The room was lovely and I slept extremely well in the very comfortable bed. The next morning, the rain had cleared and the view to the Rif Mountains was magnificent! Breakfast was available for a small charge and well worth it. When I left my bag was taken to the city walls and a cab hailed. I thoroughly recommend this property. Management and staff are wonderful!!

Unfortunately the mattress in our room was sagging in the middle and could do with being replaced. It would be OK for a person travelling alone.

The guesthouse is in a fantastic location within the medina, so you are really in the heart of the town. The roof terrace has views across the town to the mountains behind. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with yoghurt, eggs, pancakes and bread.

Difficult to find within the Medina (no direct taxi access) and be prepared for a steep & narrow staircase. Poor WiFi.

We arrived after dark and as two young women travelling alone it was very uncomfortable to walk through the medina at night. Tetouane is a lot less touristy and after being in Tangier and Chefchaouene and feeling so safe there we realised the same can’t be said for staying in the medina here so be wary of that. The riad is not well sign posted either so without internet you have to really remember where to go. The breakfast was not good, and there were a lot of ants in the room which wasn’t ideal

This is a very beautiful Riad in the heart of the medina. The roof top terrace was the best part! The aircon worked well and the bed was comfortable. Parking was nearby and was cheap and easy to access. The staff we met were lovely, they don’t speak much English but it wasn’t an issue for us, if you have adequate Arabic, French or Spanish you’ll be totally fine.
