It took a little effort to remember its location

We were given a friendly welcome, the room was comfortable and the Riad itself a very interesting history.

The riad is a beautiful refuge from the hustle and bustle of the medina. Even in a place with famously good hospitality the staff stand out for their exceptional welcome and help throughout our stay. The rooms and beds are especially comfortable and the roof top is a delightful retreat to have breakfast or watch the sunset with a drink. We also really recommend their dinner. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to use the Hammam but that looked delightful too. Don’t hesitate to book this place - you won’t be sorry.

The Riad is very beautiful and feels like home. The room was nice with a decent bathroom. The rooftop is amazing. Staff was very friendly, guiding us through the Medina upon our arrival and assisting us throughout all our stay. I would definitely recommend Dar el Qadi

Slightly on the expensive side

I love the fact that staff would bring us to our tours/ excursions' meeting point, especially since we had to go out at 430am for hot air balloon ride and the streets felt unsafe. Very comfortable bed

It’s like a oasis right in the middle of the Medina. The welcome and exchange with Youssef was absolutely amazing. Got a lot of Tipps and hidden gems for my 2 weeks stay in Marocco 😍

The shower head is hot and doesn't hook on to the wall so you have to hold it in your hand.

Decent breakfast and a great comfortable bed. The tour guide was dropping us off at a location a bit of a walk from the hotel and they send someone to help carry our bags which was greatly appreciated. They were able to help with the logistics of taxis to the airport. Beautiful decor.

There is nothing we didn't like.

We like everything about the Riad, it was quiet and peaceful and the staff was always ready to help. The breakfasts were always excellent, delicious, copious and varied. The room was lovely and the beds comfortable. Mohammed, Rachid, Sidonie and the kitchen and cleaning staff were all kind and helpful. The highlights were the suppers on the roof top watching the sunsets. We'll definitely recommend to family and friends and come again.

Loved everything but the bathroom door didn’t shut fully in our room.

The Riad was charming from the moment you step through the door. I love how all the historical elements were retained such as the doors and the tower. We enjoyed the view of the Medina from there. The room was spacious and done up very well. All the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The owner was very personable, checked in on us daily and even walked us to our taxi on our last day. The location was great, it was more quiet and outside of the main tourist area but still very central to everything. It was 10 mins walk to the main square.

Really nice stay with friendly staff. We were provided with everything we needed and the staff gave us helpful tips how to navigate through the medina. We received a warm welcome with tea and typical moroccan sweets.

Only very minor point is we got a bit of hassle from locals on the street when walking to the Dar - we know this level of hassle of tourists is a part and parcel of visiting Marrakech but it seemed a bit more persistent in this area. But not a problem if you just ignore...

Beautiful Dar, stunning architectural detail and history and with a unique tower you can climb for far reaching views. Extremely comfortable rooms (feather quilt and pillows), lovely bathroom with beautifully scented soaps and toiletries. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Beautiful rooftop terrace areas for relaxing. We also had an evening meal here which was cooked very well. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We can't think of anything we didn't like. All was perfect. Just one night we were woken up by some noisy and disrespectful fellow travellers that stayed up late (it was after 2am) playing music and talking loudly on the terrasse, disregarding others (our suite had an open roof onto the terrasse) but that wasn't really the fault of the staff. Although next time I hope they will be stricter towards this kind of behaviour.

The breakfast was delicious and varied every morning according to the produce available. We also had our suppers, all delicious, at the Riad. We mainly had our meals on the terrasse on the roof which was always lovely and so atmospheric every time the call to prayer was made. Nothing was too much for the helpful staff Mohamed, Rachid and Sidonie to name a few. We really were made to feel at home in the most refined of surroundings. We will definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.

You need to have your taxi drop you off pretty far from the riad. It was a long and frightening walk through the extremely narrow streets with your suitcases after a long journey.

The staff were happy and helpful. The food was delicious. The location in the medina was brilliant for exploring. The riad of s a quiet oasis away from the chaos of the medina. My husband and I both had a hammam and a massager and it was a perfect way to end the day.

Just to be looked up, the flush on the toilet need several tries, but nothing major.

The Riad is very well decorated, beautiful and it smells really nice. The location is actually very good, however you’ll probably find the streets a bit dodgy but it is completely safe (that’s kind of the magic of Marrakesh). The staff is just great! Good treat, friendly and helpful. We stayed in a superior room, very charming, the breakfast very nice as well. No complains at all!

Amazing place to stay! The riad staff were extremely helpful and kind. They checked in with us about our plans for the day and provided a map and recommendations. We got dropped off outside of the market and walk to the riad, so we’re glad we used their transportation services to avoid getting lost.
