Breakfast could be more varied as was exact same every day but was fine for us as we don’t eat that much in the morning. Also rooms could do with a little fridge just to keep water/drinks cold.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Rooms were so cosy and really clean. Location was excellent.

Just to mention something, the bathroom in our room had the walls open at the top, so it might be a bit uncomfortable sometimes. But it was absolutely fine for us.

When you walk around the narrow streets in Marrakesh, you don't imagine these beautiful hidden gems are there... a lovely and well decorated Riad, quiet and peaceful. The breakfast at the rooftop was very nice, enjoying the sunrise and tranquility at this time of the day. The room had a very good size, also beautifully decorated and with a balcony. Also the location was perfect, not far from the city centre, but also with nice streets close by, full of local shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

We had no idea what to expect as it was our first time in a Riad, we were very pleasantly surprised. A very good quiet location, excellent staff looking after us. A good breakfast, we couldn’t fault it.

The staff at the Riad are very welcoming and attentive, in particular Adil and Hamzar. They organised our airport transfer to and from the Riad which I would recommend future guests avail of this service. The Riad itself is in a perfect location, a safe area and walking distance to a lot of the main tourist attractions. Our room was clean and exactly how it looks online. I would recommend Riad dar Balthazar to anyone looking to experience a Riad in Marrakech, great value for money.

The room lacked air conditioning, which made it quite hot during our stay. Being on the ground floor, privacy was also a concern as opening the windows allowed people outside to see in

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Jamaa el Fna and other major attractions. The Riad offers a cozy atmosphere, and the rooftop is a great spot to relax and enjoy meals

The staff were all attentive, politeand professional at all times. Breakfast was well presented and varied on each of the days of our stay. We chose to have a evening meal which again was varied each evening and traditional Moroccan. The room was as advertised, spacious, clean and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful time. 😊

The room was very small and there was no space to even open our suitcases.The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. We had to ask for new clean towels the day we arrived because there were stains on them.

I would have liked traditional moroccan tea for breakfast instead of just ordinary teabag.

My room was amazing. Kettle with herbal teabags in the room, perfect for bedtime. Nice view from rooftop. Pretty riad. Very near a trafficked road so good for transfers etc

The concept of staying in a Riad was new for me and I think one should experience it . Though it was in the middle of the old town it had complete silence and you wouldn't hear any noise what so ever . The roof top balcony was very charming .

It was a little hard to find the riad, however Adil helped us, which made it a lot easier.

The room was very nice and clean, with air conditioner. Adil was very helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay in this riad and would recommend it to everyone who will be staying in Marrakech.

Adil was very attentive. One night we stayed out until after midnight. We didn't tell him that we would be late. When the taxi dripped us off at the usual location near the Riad he was there waiting for us. It was 30 minutes past midnight.

- Breakfast was disappointing compared to other breakfasts we have had in Morocco. (Coffee is cold and other things were lack lustre.) That’s the only negative.
