Distance from the airport is 1 hour not 45 minutes and it was very difficult to get staff member on the phone.

The swiming pool is very crowded and it s not used only by resident people, they bring a lot of people from outside ( campings, tourist groups, etc...) so you pay a lot of money for your kids to enjoy the swiming pool but there is almost no free space to swim. There is also a non sense issue : paper of toilette is not there ! They gave us only one piece for 3 nights.

Nobody speaks english and that's a huge problem to has an easy communication. They don't accept credit card.

The bungalows are really nice and comfortables. Everything was clean and you can park in front of the bungalow. The guy from the parking was helpfull and nice.

Beach was far. Due to cold weather water park was closed which we did not check properly before booking so cant blame the host. Also it would have been great if the manager accepted card payment. I ran out of cash due to cash payment at the hotel but I could draw more cash however the nearby cash machine only gives 500 MAD cash in one go. To summarise I wish card was more widely accepted.

Secure, spacious, clean and modern accommodation. Staff was friendly. Onsite restaurant was helpful. Nearby grocery shops were handy.

Beds are hard, lots of stay cats trying to get in the house so had to leave the door shut at all times. Kitchen could do with little essentials like soap and hand towel.

Good free water park. The staff at the réception was very nice. We had an internet problem and they were very quick at calling someone to fix it. The chalet was big enough for us. The kids had a great time

There were mice droppings under the sink and the cats came up and around the patio which meant we had to go inside as we didn’t want to be scratched .

Excellent location on the beach and staff were brilliant . Waterpark was fun and lovely and quiet.

There is resto for breackfast next. The stuff wich was working in the beginig of our stay was very nice and food very tasty. But the stuff who change tham (08.09 if I remember er write) was not good. We was waiting that sombody will come over about 40 minutes, and we left without breackfast. I understand there was group of peope and thay need to surf tham, but bring menu at least during this 40 minutes I think it was possible.

Very beautiful place, ocean is very next, unbelievable sunrises and sunsets. Very nice and save place. In house everything what u need. Restaurant Périt pêcher next, tasty food and very professional stuff.

The waterpark was busy, but it’s normal for this period

The staff was excellent, esp. Amina … Always helpful with a smile on her face … The chalet was very clean and comfortable … I’m definitely coming back

at night some bad smells coming inside rooms every night and one more thing the housekeeper not clean 3 nights our villa and I talked to them that we are going out and door open but nothing happened One more thing in toilet we are Muslim you should put hose with handles to clean after bathroom not using only tissue it’s not good for Arabic people

Tarek in the reception was nice . Make sure to have some cash on u as they take cash deposit upon arrival . Overall it was a nice stay .
