Lovely modern hotel close to Old City and railway station.

We stayed twice in this hotel during our trip. On the first stay, in the room there was very weak WiFi signal and water were coming down super slow in the bathroom sink. Although for the 2nd time we been staying in different floor and everything was perfect.

Hotel location can not be most central than it is. Walking distance to everything what is needed, starting from restaurants/bars to the must see city values. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There's a WC on the ground floor next to the reception. I wanted to go before checking in but it turned out you can only access it with your door card. What's the point? if I already have my door card I might as well go to my room already. Felt like a step too far.

Nice and clean room for an OK price. I visited for the Riga Marathon and it was walking distance to most places I needed to attend to on the day and the day leading up to the event. Very friendly staff in the reception. There are places for shopping and a pharmacy nearby the hotel.

Location is just 800m from train station, old town is near, quite calm area. Staff friendly, hotell looks clean and updated.

The breakfast room can't manage all the guests. You have to wait in a queue until somebody finishes his breakfast. Expect 30min+ wait .

Poor quality breakfast (we needed first two days to figure out which things we should and shouldnt eat...), bad lighting in the room.

Rooms are generally too small, many facing inward, so select at least a superior category. Although the breakfast was nutritious, it seemed to reflect an excessive cost-control focus, which seems inappropriate for a hotel that appears to want to position itself above the budget category. There was no change in breakfast items over my three day stay. Absolutely no items reflected Baltic culture, which is a shame considering the wonderful smoked meats and cheeses from the central market nearby. Having the sauna available free for guests only in the mornings probably detracts much more from guests’ experience than the modest income that PM rentals generate. Although the hotel has many signs advising that rooms are cleaned after two nights, mine was not. The hotel should take prices up a bit and be more competitive in these areas.

Smoking lounge in the first floor was a little bit unpleasant surprise. Luckily it wasn't used much, as the smell of tobacco was unpleasant and you had to walk past the smoking lounge when going into breakfast.

I have stayed for few days and breakfast was all the time the same. If you staying for couple of days max, that's would be OK. Two times cleaners forgot to clean the room, twice went to reception about it. No drinking water in the room.

It is located at the centre of the city. Connected to public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Excellent breakfast.
