The coffee machine has too low water temperature. A pity, because otherwise it is an excellent machine with grinder. The delivery entrance to the shop is right under the bedroom window. From around 09.00 it can be a bit noisy, also on a Sunday.

Very nice, fresh and well equipped apartment. Not so close to the Old Town, bit in a nice area. And easy to travel around with trolleybus and tram. Or Bolt taxi (very cheap). Even on cold October days the flat was warm and the central heating came on during our stay. The electric towel rack keeps the bathroom warm and nice. Very well equipped kitchen. If you come with a car, there is an excellent, dedicated parking place in the closed yard. No narrow gate to drive through, very well kept and spacious yard. Very good self check in instructions. Supermarket (08.00 - 22.00 seven days a week) in the building. For lunch or dinner, try the excellent Basil restaurant. Their lunch offer (until 15.00) is extremely price worthy.

Everything was great. The apartment is cosy and spotless clean. We had enough space for 3 adults and 1 child. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we enjoyed coffee from the coffee machine. Rimi convenience store is located in the same building, Laima chocolate shop is a few minutes away. Inese was responding quickly to every question we had.

The supermarket on the ground floor sometimes has the suppliers tracks standing under your windows, but this is not something that the host is responsible for.

None. But If You are looking to live near the center, take 30 min walk into account. We specifically needed this location.

Clean, modern, comfortable. Has everything You need. Coffee-machine is absolutely great, but it's not the separate details, it's the overall experience. Owner really thought through everything for short and even longer stays. There're even some children toys. Rimi is just downstairs. It's not that noisy as someone mentioned. In 5 min walk there's Karbonades little restaurant, it's tasty and portions are big.

Really easy and quick communication with host. Secure and free parking, easy check-in with codes. Apartment was clean, and well equipped. Bed was huge and comfortable. We felt warm and welcomed! :)

We were supposed to be 3 people but one friend had to cancel and when I informed the owner we'd only be 2 people, they just assumed we were going to sleep together in the bed and didn't leave all the necessary stuff to make the sofa bed. Not the first time I've had flat owners simply assume that, and I find it a bit annoying. I get wanting to avoid having to clean more sheets etc. but in that case it's not difficult to simply message on booking and ask if both beds will be needed. I wrote the owner and they left everything I needed by the door the next day. Even with the additional small mattress, the sofa isn't super comfortable. But bd in the room was comfy according to my friend.

Easy check-in with the codes communicated via message. Spacious, well-decorated and bright flat with good WiFi Location's not in the center but taxis aren't expensive + There are also Bolt electric scooters all over town which makes it very easy to get around. There are several small supermarkets around There were chocolates for us in the flat, which was a lovely gesture. Tried to find the exact same at the chocolate shop of the same brand (which is a few min away from the flat) but unfortunately never found the exact same. Too bad, would have loved to take some back home, they were delicious! Would 100% stay again

Great park near by, about 4min walk. Also, biggest kids playground near, maybe 15-20min walk. As well as, great to visit old town, nit more than 30min. Everything for the kids/baby was there. Really clean and super hostess - Quick answers. Free parking aswell. Everything with paying city taxes was made easy.

Excellent accomodations, very clean and modern design, all possible amenities (dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, fridge, laundry machine and dryer, iron, extra mattress and baby bed), lots of closet space, private parking and playground for the kids, tv with netflix. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The location was perfect, situated close to the center right between 2 parks with easy public transport accessibility. Close to the cake factory, with the smell of chocolate in the air. Good for a couple or a family with 2 kids like us. We will gladly stay again!

The only downside is that the bedroom is above the delivery entace of the rimi market which gets delivered everyday. So between 8-9AM you'll notice some loading activities.

I had a fabulous stay at the appartment. Everything was perfect. The hole place was very clean and tidy. The kitchen with the induction stove worked great. Some people left things in the kitchen (spices, oil, etc.) to use, so did i. I slept very comfortable in the bed. At the parkinglot there is enough place for a SUV, so you don't have to worry about that. I can highly recommend this accommodation !
