The stairs were a bit tricky to navigate round the spiral with cases in hand...also the entrance door was very heavy to open...hard when you have had luggage and bags. But fair to say...the photos on the site did show the staircase so you knew what to expect! Everything else was fine.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable...had everything you needed for a city break . Extra towels and robes were available. The staff were excellent and responded to messages very quickly. Lovely to be able to leave your luggage in the office when you are checking out and have a late flight.

I asked for some information regarding the airport bus. When provided it was not totally accurate ( I checked the bus stop myself later on). This was not an issue but could have been important. I do appreciate however, that communication in a language that is not ones own can be tricky. After the stay I was contacted and asked if my stay was ok-to which I replied in the affirmative. Afterwards I was sent 2 additional texts 'reminding me' to rate the stay and to give them a 10 score. This is both unnecessary and irritating. Because the apartment is in the basement and no useable windows a very noisy cooling machine had to be kept on all the time to keep it cool. In addition, it smelt a bit musty. Would I stay there again? Maybe?!

Self contained with everything you need. Little touches, like clothes washing tablets and condiments. Very comfortable bed. Clean and in an excellent location The management company gave me a ground floor apartment upon request as I have some mobility issues. When we had trouble with access codes- our fault, they responded within 5 minutes which was reassuring.

Suite room had everything a guest might need. Extremely large, well appointed, comfy and great communication and responsiveness for staff who were very eager to please. Super great and convenient location.

Very nice studio apartment in a great location in the old town. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped with a kitchenette and everything you could possibly need. There is a large Rimi supermarket just 4 or 5 minutes walk away.

Strong perfume in the corridor, luckily not in the room. A bit noisy fridge. A lot of whatsapp messages :) But nothing really to complain about, especially for the price.

We stayed in apartment 6, the stairs up to the apartment are incredibly steep and it’s not comfortable to get up and down then with ease

Steep stairs not convenient with small children and for seniors, but it was not an issue for us.

Very comfortable, spacious studio, thought out to the smallest details, well-equipped kitchenette. Perfect location in the old town, close to the train station and bus 22 going to the airport. Very responsive staff and easy check in with the code

Better to plan parking in advance, because hotel has no parking.

I liked the self check-in, it was convenient and I felt privacy. Apartment had tea and everything necessary for cooking and comfort. The staff was very kind to inform me about steep stairs in advance and overall communication was very friendly.

The bed was very comfortable . Exceptionally clean !Location is perfect, apartment is perfect. New and clean furniture, amenities, etc. Nice room design (exactly as on photos) and extras like an umbrella, slippers, tea, etc.All those little details made us to feel like home. I can highly recommend! Every single detail was perfect! Including... everything!The stuff was available on wats app, and very helpful in everything.Check in and check out was as smooth as can be. We would certainly book again..

The steep stairs could be an issue if you have mobility problems.

Beautiful apartment in a super location. The huge bed was very comfortable! The staff were friendly and helpful, available via WhatsApp. Check in was really smooth. We loved this place so much we extended our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone staying in Riga.

The noise from sea gulls outside (they left us ear plugs near bed) and the stairs (try not to have extra luggage while staying here) which is completely understandable due to the building being old/historic.

Comfy bed, there is everything you might need for your stay. Lovely note left from the staff and little pastry gift. Wouldn't mind staying here again while visiting Riga once more.

It is a fantastic place. Very good location in the centre. Close to the tram and buss station. Not so far from the university campus. The suit was clear and comfortable.
