We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LatviaOne of the best (if not the best) hotels I have stayed. The rooms are spacious and I can only appreciate how the historical warehouse have been turned into hotel. Breakfast selection very good. Another important remark - in the hotel rooms and hallways there are famous Latvian painter paintings. A place to return.

Presumably, the best hotel in Liepaja, especially during autumn/ winter. Expensive, though, so look for the special deals.

Everything was exceptional. We very much enjoyed the room, the view of the canal, early gym access, free coffee and tea in the lounge, saunas. Breakfast is amazing. Great location. Would come back anytime, and recommend to others.

LatviaI dislike the price. The price is quite high and You feel that a significant amount has faded away after staying in this hotel :)) so, be ready! I think such a price is not reachable for too many people.
Breakfast is very good (except they do not offer oatmeal - which is strange because this is a diabetic product and most people should need this food). Room - actually very nice and comfortable, wide room, nice decoration and style, colors and composition.

LatviaThere was no separate trash can in the toilet. And the reception staff was very surprising. The girl was extremely passive, could not answer our questions about the city and the restaurant. In addition, I wrote to the hotel that we were coming on my birthday, but, strangely enough, there was no sign of attention from the hotel staff. I am not very fond of chocolate, but as a sign of attention even it would have been nice.)
Everything was great: the hotel decor, including the art gallery, the room, the breakfast, the service during breakfast. Everything, except for the reception staff.

Nice and specific place. Rooms were a little bit dark, but this is due to the fact that hotel is organized in an old port warehouse. Stylish hotel Breakfast - You will not have such dinner in restaurant as was in this hotel - SUPERB!
