We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BelarusЦудоўны і сучасны гатэль. Да мора літаральна 5-6 хвілін пешкам. Вокны нумара на паркавую зону, што забяспечыла цішыню і свежае паветра. Сам нумар чысты і ўтульны. Вельмі прыязнае стаўленне персанала. На тэрыторыі гатэля ёсць невялікая кухня, якой можна карыстацца. Спецыяльна для на сняданак арганізавалі на 20 хвілін раней звычайнага часу.

LatviaYou can see the light from the corridor bc of high door placement and it can be also heard quite well what’s going on there but otherwise no other noises from other rooms were heard.
Great value for money. Close enough for railway and to the beach and few cafes. Nice staff, good breakfast, clean rooms.

The location was great. The playroom and play corner in the breakfast room for kids was awesome. Close to the seaside, playground, and a kid-friendly restaurant.

EstoniaThe hotel did not have lights on in the common areas, there was no ambience in the reception hall due to no lights or music, a little bit uninviting. The rooms could have had more light, more modern bathrooms, and a watch your step warning for the balcony. For the price point, would be nice to have a gym in the hotel. The hotel is not very accessible for people with disabilities.
Breakfast was very good, location is amazing, room had a nice balcony with forest view. Rooms were clean, there was a chill zone outside, as well as a spacious common kitchen area with kids zone. Also a common area with a pool table, but it was covered so we did not use it.

AustriaThe only thing: you can hear noise from the neighboring room, but we did not mind.
We really liked it (July 2024). The atmosphere is very pleasant, our room had a pretty garden view and the hotel is nicely designed. The kitchen and playroom and the playing corner in the breakfast room are great for traveling with small children. Staff was friendly, the cleaning duo was especially friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great, some new dishes every day, compliments to the breakfast chef. We will come again!

The hotel is located next to the station from where you can easily access the city centre and the main beach. The hotel is in very quiet location, very greenery and nice.
