The breakfast at the cafe across the street is less than average and you are much better off going to a nice cafe in town instead of taking the hotel breakfast. Considering the modern renovation, the breakfast place should be MUCH nicer.

Lovely hotel in the center of Riga. Well renovated and comfortable. Nice shower and very easy walking distance to everything. I was there for a conference and I am very happy I have picked this lovely hotel again.

The property is located right in the Center of the old town in Riga. Despite that, it’s very quiet at night. Everything was nearby, me and my husband walked for miles each day we were there, and we were able to drop our shopping off and do some more exploring. The staff were absolutely amazing, so accommodating and friendly. The air con in our room was amazing, as it was almost 30 degrees outside, it was lovely to come back to a room that was nice and cold.

I felt lucky to have a ground floor room as access to level 2/3 rooms is via stairs (My friend had a level two room).

Location in Old Riga is fantastic. This is a beautifully renovated hotel with work done to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

We needed to cross two staircases to reach our room. Having a baby stroller, it was a bit rough.

The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel is located in the heart of Riga Old Town.

Maybe rooms could be dusted better before arrivals. Plastic plants and lamps were quite dusty.

Staff people were very sweet, breakfast was also outstanding! Overall very cute building and no noise, comfortable beds.

The breakfast was delicious and with a nice selection, however there was an impression of chaos and congestion when the dining room was filled with guests arriving at the same time.

A well-designed hotel in a wonderful location in the heart of Riga's old town. A great spot to tour Riga from. The junior suite we booked was luxurious and spacious. The Cruffins bakery that located in or next door to the hotel is a delicious jem.

I have no negative feedback on my stay. Everything was exceptional and I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a quality hotel in Old Town Riga.

The location in Old Town Riga is brilliant, you are in the centre of everything with popular tourist spots, restaurants and bars right outside of the hotel. The team set the tone for the stay, being friendly and welcoming. The hotel closes the main gates in the evening with entry to the rooms available via reception (right next to the gates), which stops groups of tourists cutting through and creates a very peaceful environment for sleep. The rooms are beautiful and much larger than expected, while they have a traditional look on the outside blending perfectly with the surrounding buildings, the facilities are modern and the beds are large and comfortable. A potential downside for people with additional accessibility requirements is that some of the rooms are upstairs, however there are ground floor rooms. The breakfast was varied, with plenty of room to sit. It can get busy, so going earlier to avoid a rush is better.

I had trouble turning off the fan that was blowing on my head. I tried everything but could not turn it off, so I ended up turning up the temperature to see if that helped.

The location of the hotel was very central and easy to walk to all the major tourist sites. There were a number of restaurants around the area and made it easy to find places to eat and shop. Despite being in the center of Old Town, the hotel was quiet at night so it was peaceful to sleep.

Breakfast was not the strongest point - yet very important for me. I never take a hotel room without breakfast. This breakfast fell a little short of others in Rīga.

The renovated hotel was excellent. But most outstanding were the outstanding staff: friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t a fan or any way to get ventilation/air circulation besides opening the window. But it was too noisy at nighttime. So then the room got very warm and stuffy. The bathroom lighting in our room was a bit dark to put on make-up or do any detailed grooming. Our uncle‘s room had much better brighter lighting.

Beds were nice and stable. Often in hotels the mattress is too soft and has a body dent in it. It was very comfortable.
