Quiet, cozy house and beautifull village with nice walk to sea side for sunset viewing. Hosts was amazing, approachable. Me and my husband really enjoyed it the atmosphere.

This is an old facility, which is part of its charm. If you are looking for all the modern conveniences, this isn’t for you. All the rooms are upstairs and there is no elevator.

The breakfast was wonderful. There were lots of choices of delicious fresh and cooked food. Best of all was our wonderful hostess who was delightful and welcoming and couldn’t have been more pleasant to visit with.

I don't know where to start. This was the best stay at a small town. Benevilla is a small hotel, but had everything we needed. Rooms are just big enough and ours had a pretty balcony. Also there is a parkinglot behind the hotel. But the staff! They are the best! Warm welcome and the lady at breakfast was so lovely. Making sure we has everything and our bellys full of delicious breakfast. And of course location! In the beautiful center where is so much to do. Next time we will stay longer!

Only a small window in a room could be opened, but it was enough for a fresh air as there is no air-conditioning, but it could probably get a bit warm in the afternoon as windows are faced south-west. For a light sleeper it might not be dark enough in a room due to lack of night curtains, as the room was equipped with a roller blinds and day curtains.

Welcoming, very polite and caring staff, which answered all the questions before they were asked both after our arrival as well at the breakfast and the restaurant. Room number 4 was well designed and equipped with a sofa and a seating area, good variety of TV channels. An excellent and rather quiet location just a footstep from a lake Aluksne and bunch of sightseeing spots. Individually served breakfast, which varied from day to day and also incuded dish of hot eggs and pancakes made right for you while you drink a coffee. Tasty food at the restaurant on the first floor.

Chandler was very low in the middle of the room. I’m 6”2 but was able to get around it.

Would stay again. At check in staff was very friendly, understood English. Special breakfast was prepared for my colleagues and I. Would go back and stay again.

Friendly staff who really make their guests happy. Spacious and clean room, good breakfast with varied and tasty food. And of course the location, near the city center where you can find many cafes and shops. And on the other side there is a beautiful park with a lake and many interesting beautiful places.

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff attitude was very warm and the hotel was cosy. Great location - close to the lake and center with all its historical heritage! The hotel has its own parking place.

Awesome location with familiar atmosphere and service. Tasteful custom-made breakfast. And after you ate everything you ordered, you get offered fresh pancakes. Despite the fact that I walked 25km per day, I gained weight. After the local youth drove to bed with their loud cars, it‘s very quiet. :)
