You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsThe room was hot! With the room on the bottom floor opening the windows all night was not really an option because of noise.
The room was roomyand the bathroom really nice. The restaurant is a recommendation! The staff didn't speak a lot of English, so communication was a little difficult. The breakfast was good but we didn't know what we could order.

It's a next to a sushi bar, so at first the smell was a bit distracting. However, you don't notice that in the room itself. The beds were really good and comfortable, although it was a bit too warm for us. The room had a small fridge that you could fill yourself. PizzaHut, Lidl etc are next to it, handy.

One (restaurant) employee just pointed at a phone number and ran away, but when we called that number the phone next to us ran and eventually disconnected. We were about to give up when someone arrived. She went for groceries without leaving a note. The hotel was quite noisy at night due to traffic and we had trouble sleeping. It's located in a run-down industrial area. The breakfast was just a few pieces of bread with some slices of cheese and ham. It was alright but not worthy of the praise we read.

Georgiathere is no elevator in the building, the breakfast is very limited in selection (a glass of orange juice, a cup of coffee, one croissant or danish, bread, 2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of ham). Over the course of 6 days I stayed, not a single element of breakfast change.

The bathroom was nice and new. Bed was very comfy. And eventhough outside was quite cold, inside was ideal temperature thanks to the heating. Breakfasts were simple but tasty and served by very friendly fellow.

The bed was very comfortable and the rainforest shower was great. The restaurant on site is also really good and was indeed busy. The staff were the highlight of my stay - I had two early starts (before breakfast service began) and I was given the food to keep in the room's fridge and a capsule coffee machine.
