A little away from the city centre but my visit was to this place so for me it was super convenient.

Lovely People and well supported. Cost performance ratio is very good. Everything good and there are so many shops nearby. Very calm peaceful, feels like home inside a hotel. They have everything required in the room, yes fridge was not there in mine but seldom use.

Everything was nice and cosy, probably in summertime a fridge in the room will be great....also the missing TV remote control 😁.. we didn't need it, but others might.

Breakfast was very tasty overall, but I ordered salmon and avocado toast and it wasn't a toast, it was more like a fishcake? If I knew this, I would have gone for something different.

Location was perfect, couldn't be better. We arrived on the New Year's Eve and it was quiet.

The place really needs some maintenance. The sink in our room was broken and clogged. There was a place for a refrigerator, but no refrigerator...

A FANTASTIC staff, very friendly and eager to please. The breakfast was good and the location was very good. There is a coffee maker in the room. Public transport is free and reaching the train is five minutes walk. Definitely recommended

The property felt a bit run down (e.g. old paint, stained carpet), but it was clean and comfortable.

The British breakfast was terrible, tiny miniature cocktail sausages x2, 1 tiny rasher of bacon, hash brown cut just oozed oil. I'm British, and I have never seen such a terrible breakfast for £12 per person

The staff was very friendly and helpfull throughout our stay. The breakfast had a good choice of options from a menu and freshly made by the staff. The hotel is placed in the middle of Esch on the predestian zone and very close to the train station. All transportation is free in Luxembourg. The room (we had one facing the back) was quiet and clean. It could use a freshup but fine for an extended weekend. Price / value is correct. We use the hotel underground parking. Parking is very difficult and expensive in Esch. Remenber to reserve up front.

No air conditioner makes it very hard to stay in that room with just a fan For a 4* hotel it should have a little fridge as well but there wasn't

The hotel is under new management therefore some areas require attention but in all a nice place to stay.

No fridge or minibar in the room. Very old furniture and design (but most of it in good condition). The small elevator stops at half way floor (have to carry suitcase by few stairs). Uncomfortable shower.

Room was very big with an excellent desk for working, and big closet + place for suitcases. Few minutes walking from Esch-sur-Alzette's central station.

Having spending a great deal of time searching for and booking 2 comfort rooms I was very disappointed when on arrival our friends were given a room at the front of the hotel with a street view (as shown in the booking advert and was lovely) for us to be given a room at the back of the hotel with a view of a wall and cigarette butt covered slightly smoke smelling room. My disappointment was further added to after paying a €150.00 security deposit for the rooms to then find that our sink was smashed & cracked. We were only offered another room next door (same view) and this had damage to the bathroom door and the paint on the bathroom ceiling and walls was pealing in many places. I feel that although we had paid for a comfort room we had been given a standard room at best and I was not impressed by the lack of consistency.
